Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
So we really don't know much of anything about this card, but we're supposed to discuss it?

[/quote] There's one of 2 chances for the effect. It either detaches for Destruction + Burn ala Volcasaurus or Half Flame-Wingman burn. The first effect is that it restocks your extra. It's also a target for ZWs. There's plenty to discuss, especially because this should get a more solid effect before the night's done. EDIT: May even have BOTH of them. Thomas★Zero
Utopia ray V now just seems really weird to me stat wise now since you would of thought for its set up it would of been set out with 3000 ATK 2500 DEF. Not something as odd as 2600 ATK 2000 DEF making it look like he didn't get much of a stat boost at all with its new form if it going to appear as one of Yuma's new form change cards. Still I guess like very one else we did see it getting Ranked up.
Lonk
...can someone tell me why Yuma used Rank-Up Magic Barian's Force? That's really baffling. Then again, it could be a shout-out to when Yugi used the Seal of the Orichalcos (and lost). But, based on how this card looks, it seems as though Yuma is giving into evil temptations again. Blake
Confirmed for starter deck along with Limited Barian Force. Also has a more violent look to it than the other 2 39s, with a Dark-Blue/Black plus reddish color scheme.
evilfusion
I'm surprised it didn't require 5 (or 4) Level 5 monsters, considering Utopia has 2 Materials, C39 has 3 Materials, and this is a Chaos Xyz of a Chaos Number as a Rank 5, with V (for 5) in its name. White Void
CNo. 39 Utopia Ray V LIGHT/Warrior - Xyz - Effect/Rank 5/2600/2000 3x Level 5 Monster Effect unconfirmed: (When/If?) if this card is destroyed by your opponent and sent to the Graveyard, you can Return 1 Xyz Monster in your Graveyard to your Extra Deck. Also, if this card has a "Utopia" Monster as Xyz Material, it gains the following effect: ●Once per turn, you can activate this effect by removing 1 Xyz Material from this card and selecting 1 face-up Monster your opponent controls. Destroy the selected opponent's Monster, and inflict Damage to the destroyed Monster's original ATK to your opponent's Life Points. So, I like that he can be used as an upgrade to Utopia Ray OR he can be seen as an alternate to it. I really don't understand the point of the first effect unless that's meant to combo with something we haven't seen yet. The Volcasaurus ripoff part is fantastic though. And this card's greatest strength is probably that Zexal Weapons can be used with it, it's pretty much a game-ender done right and doesn't require nearly as steep an activation requirement as Utopia Ray. The problem though is that you have to use the interesting yet mediocre and gimmicky Barian's Force or Limited Barian's Force to summon it. I'm going to test it in a Zexal Weapon build but I know having to run BF or LBF is going to wreck the consistency of it. It's a shame too because it's a great card outside of having to run a lousy card to summon it.
evilfusion
Note that you can't use Unicorn Spear or Phoenix Bow with this. Not that most people care, since Phoenix Bow is awful, but Unicorn and Phoenix specifically require "Number C39: Utopia Ray", rather than any "Utopia" monster. White Void
Oh yeah, there's also Hope Buster that I forgot about. ...That could be interesting. Summon Hope. Drop Hope Buster and blow something up and do damage. Drop BF/LBF to go into this and blow something else up and do damage. Attack presumably directly for even more damage/possibly game. Hopesplosion.dek Hmmmmm.

Toffee.
Artwork is sexy. Also, as far as V's first effect in the OP goes~ Is it the same as Scrap Dragon, in the sense that it activates even if you Judgment it?
evilfusion
Based on wording, yes, it does not have to be on the Field. But if you Summon it with Limited Barian's Force, you can't touch it with Warning/Judgment directly anyway. You'd only be worried about Summon negation if you use 3 Level 5s. Which you never will, because that'll prevent you from using its effect.
Toffee.
Actually I was only wondering about the 1st effect, since, basically, it would be invincible.
