Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Chidori is most commonly referenced as the blade that could cut through lightning, which is why a Naruto technique is named after it, and probably why this is named that too. Cute Rotten Yoshika
that would also explain what appears to be a sword in the altar that its coming out of. its not clear in this particular picture but in others you can see it fine. Zextra

Except that's not a Chidori - that's a Raikiri. Demmy's Sasuke image shows a real Chidori.
Chidori is most commonly referenced as the blade that could cut through lightning
Not quite - you are referring to Raikiri, which translates into "Lightning Cutter" - the original Chidori has not shown that ability. Anyway, the cards looks pretty nice as an Ultra - honestly, I think it deserves that spot. And I'm quite satisfied with the name change :
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Okay, I got the reference a bit mixed up. The sword WAS called Chidori, but then when it was used to cut through lightning it became the Raikiri. I hadn't read about that legend in probably.... four years, so I'm not surprised I don't remember it correctly.

Toffee.
Wait, this is an Ultra? But its so worthy of being a Secret >___> Regardless, the name change alone is going to generate a lot of want for it.
Blake
Decided to look it up. Japanese Name is Denkō Chidori, apparently literally Lightning Chidori. So it's more an actual translation than anything. Name still sounds better this way.
Yes, it was the name of a sword during the 1500s. Though they changed it from Chidori to Raikiri after the wielder survived a thunderstorm. Funny fact is that Chidori isn't actually the bird, it's the sword in the background. :3c
