Strider Tigerwolf
"Discard 2 cards, then Draw 3 cards" seems like all you really need to do to it, that seems reasonably balanced. Although Fableds aren't topping, that wouldn't stop them if we did just that.

Strider Tigerwolf
Who cares about Fableds? Same reasoning as Rekindling for Lavals? :/ Granted, probably not as potent as Rekindling is, but it could go either or.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
It doesn't really matter what you do to fix the card because it's already out there.

Strider Tigerwolf
Googled Raigeki Format (since I've heard, but nothing other than what would classify as rummors) Found this: http://www.pojo.biz/board/showthread.php?t=1075885 so....explain Raigeki format? EDIT: Found "The Trinity" so nvm
Aerion Brightflame
I hope they do things one at a time, becuase otherwise we will run into a format which has CED and Future Fusion unbanned for Chaos Dragons... Or Fishborg back. OT: Card is way to crazy to ever come back... but it will one day.
Synchronized
Raigeki would be one of the least devastating cards to come back. Especially because Dark Hole can act like a Raigeki if you play it right, or even better. Of all the cards to be concerned about, Raigeki's not one of them. Strider Tigerwolf
"Draw 3 Cards; Add 1 'Grapha Dragon Lord of Dark World' and Destroy 1 card on the field." More like: "Draw 3 Cards, then discard 2 cards and activate up to 2 of the following (you can activate the same effect twice): ● Destroy 1 card on the field. ● Add 1 "Dark World" card from your Deck to your hand. ● Draw 1 card. ● Special Summon 1 Monster discarded by this effect. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
For one, that's still Dark World fuel, and also not all that balanced since it's still a +0.
