You can target 1 face-up "Number C39: Utopia Ray" you control; equip this card you control to that target. It gains 2000 ATK. Once per Battle Step, when the equipped monsterattacks or is attacked and an opponent's Trap Card is activated: You cannegate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. 2000/????
