X-Metaman
Field Spell During the Main Phase 1, when the turn player Summons 3 times this turn: it becomes this turn's End Phase. Discuss.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Card is silly. You can just attack with your one monster during the BP, then spam during your MP2 to dodge this card's effect. Even still, though, it does a semi-good job of stopping OTKs. evilfusion
What. This is dumb, honestly. Rescue Rabbit (Summon 1), SS 2 Dinos (Summon 2). Set 5. Xyz Summon Laggia. (Summon 3). End Phase. Oh no, the pain. Although it gets better with something like Wind-Ups. Magician (1), SS Shark (2), Magician SSes something (3) End Phase. DAMN IT! Tour Guide (1) -> Tour Guide (2), Xyz Summon Leviair (3) DAMN IT!

Tour Guide (1) -> Tour Guide (2), Xyz Summon Leviair (3) DAMN IT!I think that's the point. However, if it can be used properly, it presents an interesting impediment to decks that summon very quickly. Agro
This is REALLY weird... I can't tell if it's awesome or just plain broken in how restrictive it is.

Judαs
Well, at least it stalls Tour Guide plays, and destroys Wind-Ups.

Not-so-Radiant Arin
This is REALLY weird... I can't tell if it's awesome or just plain broken in how restrictive it is. It's neither.
Strider Tigerwolf
I want a play set, just to fuck around with players. Also...if this is how restrictive Konami has to be....I fear the end of Yu-Gi-Oh! as a whole is approaching...
Agro
It's neither. Yeah, thanks. Anyone OTHER than dante want to answer that?
Strider Tigerwolf
Yeah, thanks. Anyone OTHER than dante want to answer that? If it wasn't for the current Meta, I'd say broken. Given the current meta,...probably still broken, but in a very narrow way.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
It's not broken at all, since you can simply play around it like nothing happened.
CommanderVolt
Prevents summon loops. Rekindling. Plays with obsidian. Agent Venus. Wind-ups wxploding big. RtFtDD, Hiertics. Etc. Use with terminal world.
Love of Ghibli
It's a field spell that doesn't protect itself...I'm confused. Its cute...till someone blows it up with anything. Though I repeat its still cute.

Toffee.
OH THE IRONY OF EXTRA DECK BOSSES NEEDING A TOTAL OF 3 SPECIAL SUMMONS-I mean... Seems pretty amusing, and as stated, would drive Wind-Ups insane.
ihop
Really good in Heroes. But honestly I'd rather play Kaiser Colusseum.
Alice Moonflowyr
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Terminal_World I canz be viable? OT: Troll.dek. Otherwise, eh. But it does make windups raeg, so =D

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I don't think it's broken by any stretch of the imagination. Against a lot of decks, it actually doesn't do anything. However, against certain decks it's a decent counter card, such as Wind-Ups. At the very least it would force them to go into MP2 to do shenanigans. Wildflame
No more than a lulzy side against Wind-Up and other spam decks.
