Pros 

- Bypasses Red and Green Dustin's restrictions. 

- Massive 4k stats that will run over everything 

- Recycles your CoTH for more Piper, Tragoedia abuse. 

- DARK for additonal chaos fodder

- Can make Gustaph with your Tragoedia's provided your Extra Deck is seeing that space. 

 

Cons 

 

- Volcasaurus punishes this and hits you hard

- Requires an additional neg from your hand (Negligible with all the Piper spam you'll be doing)

 

Definately Dustin boss monster.

Well, I'm not sure how Dustons play, but it could work. This is an extremely nice card overall.

 

One for One or Stygian Securtiy into house (Otherwise you'll need to take some damage to get its eff to go off) House to fill the field with restictive monsters to the opponent, give your self 2 house dustons to make Shyneet or combo with that one symphony tuner for a synchro. Use the Wind one to recycle your used up CoTH, or bait them off for Tragoedia or Neossphere. Piper adds draw power, with a high number of level 1 monsters. Keeping your hand up fuels Tragoedia further. 

 

It's not amazing but it sure is hella fun.

Probably the less wasteful way to Summon this card is:
From your hand, Dark Assailant

From your side of the field, the Sangan Summoned by Tour Guide

 

Then if the Deck uses Creature Swap, you will be able to use dem Masks of Darkness for those Call of the Haunteds, or tech a Des Koala for the lul-*shot*
