Ren✧
Every season of Yu-Gi-Oh brings something new to the table. New cards. New playstyles. New mechanics. Something new is constantly being introduced into the world of Yu-Gi-Oh. But there hasn't ever been something like this.
Split Summoning is a new type of summoning that I have come up with. Like Synchro Summoning and Xyz Summoning, it can only be done with a specific kind of card. Unlike any other summoning though, Split Summoning has a variety of choices and requirements. Each Split Card acts as two different monsters. It depends on how you summon it as to what monster you have. To Split Summon, you must reveal the Split Card in your hand and then choose which monster you would like to summon. You must then fulfill the requirements for that summon like you would have to any other card. If you choose to Summon a Fusion Monster that is listed on the Split Card, then you must use Polymerization and have the Fusion Materials like any other. So with that being said, with all these different kinds of monsters being included, where do these card's go. Split Monsters are to be placed in the main deck. If a Split Monster would be Special Summoned by a card, like Monster Reborn, that does not specify which side of the Split you get, then a coin flip is conducted, Heads: Left Monster, Tails: Right Monster. Now this isn't a soundproof idea, and help would be very much appreciated with these cards. So any questions you have, feel free to ask.

Yugi Muto, Keeper of the Puzzle ****/DARK [Spellcaster / Effect] When this card is Normal Summoned: Add 1 "Millennium Item: Millennium Puzzle" from your Deck to your hand. During your Draw Phase, after you draw a card: You place the drawn card on the bottom of your Deck; draw an additional card. This card's effect can only be activated twice per duel. Yami Yugi, Spirit of the Puzzle ******/DARK [Spellcaster / Effect] During your Draw Phase, before you draw a card: You can add 1 Normal Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck to your hand instead of drawing a card. While this card is face-up on the field: You do not have to Tribute monsters to Normal Summoned Level 5 or higher Normal Spellcaster-Type monsters. If you control a face-up Normal Spellcaster-Type monster: Your opponent cannot activate or resolve Effect Monsters effects and all face-up monster's on your opponent's side of the field have their effects negated. This card can only activate and resolve its effects if it is equipped with "Millennium Item: Millennium Puzzle".

Maximillion Pegasus, Creator of Games ******/DARK [Spellcaster / Effect] This card can be Normal Summoned by banishing 1 Toon Monster from your hand or Graveyard. This card's name is treated as "Toon World" while it is face-up on the field. While this card is face-up on the field: You do not have to pay Life Points by the effect of Toon Monsters. If this card is equipped with "Millennium Item: Millennium Eye": This card cannot be destroyed by an opponent's card(by battle or by card effect). Toon Pegasus ******/LIGHT [Spellcaster / Effect] Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Cannot be Special Summoned, unless you control a face-up "Toon World". Must first be Special Summoned(from hand) by Tributing the same number of monsters required for a Tribute Summon(normally 1). This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. You must pay 500 Life Points to declare an attack with this card. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed: Destroy this card. This card can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon Monster. If they do control a Toon Monster: This card must attack a Toon Monster if it declares an attack. During your Draw Phase, before you draw a card: You can add 1 "Toon" card or 1 "Manga" card from your Deck to your hand, instead of drawing a card. If this face-up card would be destroyed by an opponent's card: You can destroy 1 face-up Toon Monster instead.

When this card is Normal Summoned: Add 1 Level 7 Normal Monster from your Deck to your hand. If you draw a Normal Monster: Reveal it to your opponent; increase your Life Points equal to the monster's Level x300. If this card is destroyed: Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from your hand or Deck.

While this card is face-up on the field: This card is treated as a Winged Beast-Type monster. While on the field or in the Graveyard: This card's name is treated as a "Harpie Lady". You can discard 2 "Harpie" cards; Add 1 "Hysteric" card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. This card's effect can only be activated twice per Duel. Xi-1
I am uncertain that Yugi on his own should have stats as high as 1500, considering he appears to be physically weak. His effect could be pretty useful, though, for searching out the cards you want. It kind of reminds me of Misaki from Cardfight: Vanguard. Yami would be very useful for summoning "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl," but not much else because of the restriction to Normal Monsters. But then, if you could summon Effect Spellcasters without tributes that could be considered overpowered. I think Yami would be more appropriate as a Dark-Type. It's his name, after all. If you make an "Atem" card, perhaps that could be the Light-Type.

I am going to keep Yugi's ATK as is, your right he is physically weak, but I need him to have a chance of making it to your standby phase. Actually Yami, can't summon out Dark Magician Girl, she is an effect monster, but there are cards like Cosmos Queen who have a bunch of ATK that would rock. HulkTySSJ2
So far, very good. Good holo on Atem/Yami Yugi. I like how you used the current version of the official OCG. I'm still using the version before they started adding this symbol, ";". It'd take me days to reconfigure all my cards over again, heh.

I don't like it though...but sometimes change is necessary.

Ren✧
Never tried there before, thanks. Also, here are some suggestions for some of your next cards: -Maybe if you make Marik, maybe try making him a Synchro. If you do, I suggest the following: Let him have an effect that allows you to either Synchro Summon or Special Summon him from the Extra Deck with his own effect, but he gains an extra effect if Synchro Summoned. -If you make a Millenium Item: Millenium Rod card, let the user of it be able to take control of an opponent`s monster until a period of time, probably the End Phase. Also if you do, give it a good cost. -For Millenium Item: Millenium Necklace: If you make one, try making it`s effect (or one of it`s effects, if it has multiple effects) so during your End Phase, you can look at the top card of your opponent`s Deck, allowing you to "foresee" into your opponent`s Draw Phase, then putting it back on top and giving you the option to shuffle your opponent`s Deck or not. Shush sweet child. We mustn't ruin the surprise for the others. :ph34r:Yusei added.
Xi-1
From Jounouchi to Yusei all of a sudden? Something must have motivated you to use such a skip, so I wonder what it was. Wouldn't the rest of the duelists connected to Duel Spirits also be useful as cards? On Yusei's card you repeated "becomes."

PrimeAceJohn
These cards are simply beautiful :') I love the idea of how things tie together. An idea that you should do next, is to add an equip Duel Runner card like Yugi's Milennium Item. Can't wait to see more:)

HulkTySSJ2
Mai seems like a good card for some Harpie variants. I even noticed that having 2 copies; one on field and one in Graveyard can give an infinite loop of defense in terms of battle.
cr47t
I think Yusei should be a Synchro. You know, cause Yusei and Synchros originated both in 5Ds?
Ren✧
I think Yusei should be a Synchro. You know, cause Yusei and Synchros originated both in 5Ds? Meh, I think supporting Synchros are better than making him an actual synchro. This way, he can summon out his ace cards like Stardust or Junk Warrior.Mai seems like a good card for some Harpie variants. I even noticed that having 2 copies; one on field and one in Graveyard can give an infinite loop of defense in terms of battle. Yeah, I thought about that. I might make it so that it can't summon other Mais.

Xi-1
And we wouldn't want to ruin the surprise, now would we? Nah, go ahead and guess. It's up to him to decide whether he even wants to say whether it's right or wrong. I'm so used to making and seeing Unique-circulation cards (limits: 1 per Deck, plus 1 with the unique proper name on the Field max) that it wouldn't have occurred to me to have more than 1 of each Duelist in a Deck. There's a "Harpie's Brother?" Wouldn't "Harpy Brother" be better? I guess it makes sense for them to need male Harpies as well as female ones, because otherwise you'd need a Love Spring to create more. Heh. Xanth reference.
