And we wouldn't want to ruin the surprise, now would we? Nah, go ahead and guess. It's up to him to decide whether he even wants to say whether it's right or wrong.

I'm so used to making and seeing Unique-circulation cards (limits: 1 per Deck, plus 1 with the unique proper name on the Field max) that it wouldn't have occurred to me to have more than 1 of each Duelist in a Deck.

There's a "Harpie's Brother?" Wouldn't "Harpy Brother" be better? I guess it makes sense for them to need male Harpies as well as female ones, because otherwise you'd need a Love Spring to create more. Heh. Xanth reference.

Yeah there's a Harpie's Brother...and every single Harpie card excludes him...it is sad...but it has to do with the fact that his kanji is different from that of Harpie Lady.

Bakura is good, but I feel it would be at least emergency limited, if not banned with its effect of stealing the opponent's monster. With its effect, you would take no life points if tributing it, and the monster gained wouldn't return.

If not, then it'd be a staple in most decks...

The weakness of Bakura is that your opponent has to attack him and then because of his low ATK even if your opponent votes to attack it, chances are you won't gain that great of a monster.

I can't remember Ryo being a control-switching type, although I do remember that he personified 'Change of Heart' when everyone got trapped in the game. I think the effect would be more accurate to 'Thief Bakura.' It is an interesting effect.

Poor Ryo doesn't get to do a whole lot on his own.

Well Ryo says that his favorite card is Change of Heart, so I gave him a similar effect. Thief King Bakura will have a different effect, don't worry. ;)

Not bad. Trap Immunity would be useful to any thief or treasure hunter (like Nodoka).

Not only that but it is also supposed to show the wearer the 'way' so I thought it would probably take the path that isn't riddled with traps.

EDIT: Also, a few changes on both Yugis and the Millennium Puzzle. Now Yami Yugi can't be Special Summoned by the puzzle on the first turn it is activated.

Ryo Bakura, Keeper of the Ring`s effect is entirely broken. I know Change of Heart is his favorite, but make his effect A BALANCED ONE.

Enlighten me as to how it is broken? First off, your opponent has to be stupid enough to attack it with a worthwhile monster, but of course it could be face down, but it doesn't matter too much seeing as it is returned to your opponent if you don't do something with it. There are cards in the game like Mind Control and Enemy Controller that do basically the same thing. Honestly, I don't see Ryo Bakura ever being run in a deck with cards like Mind Control and Enemy Controller running around.

Yugi
A very interesting card to say at the least. It is decently searchable, and it does its job in gettin' his paws on that Puzzle (which allows Yugi to become a whopping 2300 ATK: check 'dem Heart o' da Cawds) I like it. OCG seems flawless, and the high res. image got a gift in the card.

Yami Yugi
Now, despite becoming a 2800 Dark Magician machine, I think this guy needs another ability to support Spellcasters, or to make Yugi himself more splashable in Spellcaster Decks. Because of Dark Sage and Sorcerer of Dark Magic being Dark Magician's Ultimates, and having Dark Paladin negating Spells and the latter negating Traps, I would recommend giving the King of Duel Monsters the ability to, once per turn, cripple a monster's effect. That's my opinion, because he seems weak for a Nomi at the moment.

Joey Wheeler
Clearly, he's in love with his Red-Eyes, but he also provides great support for Vanillas across the board with his respectable 1800 ATK. If he was a LIGHT, you'd be able to run him with Noble Knights better, but I don't think anymore needs be said about the Underdog than supporting the underdog Vanillas (or, Geminis).

Mai Valentine
Hmm...this one is debatable. Obviously would see play in Harpies running Ally Birdman and Divine Wind, since it offers you good Synch potential both as a meatshield and, in itself, as a monster. The 1600 doesn't make her that searchable, but that's okay. It offers good beatstick and Synchro potential though!

Bakura
Clearly a threat, able to swipe away a big monster when needed (of course this could be countered by sending in a dummy to attack instead). He'd obviously be swapped out for Yami Bakura ASAP, though. Not much else to say. However, in terms of Destiny Board Decks, I would really consider going Fiend with him to allow him to see Tour Guide plays.

Yami Bakura
Yay~! Destiny Board sees proper and good support! Nothing else needs saying other than changing to Fiend to fit the theme, but otherwise he's good. However, I saw this: "This card must be equipped with "Millennium Item: Millennium Ring" to activate and resolve its effects." I'm not sure what you mean by this. Could you explain?

Puzzle

This might not see play outside a Vanilla Magician Deck (due to Yugi's effect and possible presence). Still, the ATK boost is considerable! Needless to say the artwork is flawless.

Ring

This card is a lot more splashable than the Puzzle. Immunity to traps is very valuable in this bloody metagame. Possible siding would be mandatory if using this, but I wouldn't frown seeing this in a Deck, rather would applaud.

Yusei

Delicious Tuner play to run in Yusei-esque Decks. Needless to say, easy Lv5s are very desirable in this format, and having Yusei would be an absolute treasure in both Synchro or Xyz orientated Decks (more so the latter, obviously). I'm very happy with how this card turned out.

Overall

Personally, I love these cards. They give me both a lovely sensation of nostalgia, and seem legitimate to be played in a few Decks too! I would make a suggestion: why not give these cards a Sub-type (Gemini/Spirit/etc.) that would allow you to run multiple copies at once?

Regardless, you've a constant supporter to your Set. I'd love to see it find completion!

Kyng, regarding the Yami Bakura card, what it means is that without the Ring the card's effects cannot be used at all. It makes sense, since Yami no Bakura only comes out through the Ring anyway. This would make the Ring a target of cards with 'negate' and 'destroy' effects, however Yami Bakura's effect offers protection, as long as the player has cards in his/her hand to send to the bottom of the Deck (meaning they won't be seen again for awhile). The less cards the player has in the hand, the more vulnerable Yami Bakura is.

I hope ~Renegade~ does not make it so multiple copies of the cards can be run in a Deck, because these cards are based on unique-named characters, similar to the sets I have created (where I have made it impossible to run more than 1 copy). Also, these cards are meant to support existing archetypes, not to be the center of a Deck. It makes more sense to have them just be single copies, so the cards they support can be the center of the Deck. You might also choose 2 or 3 to support a Deck, but not all of them, depending on the Deck's style.

Well look at this, quite possibly the best part of my day. Thanks for you comment Kyng, glad to know you are watching. I am not quite sure what you mean by your last statement, like make a few of them more than just effect monsters? Will come in time :D.

EDIT: I beefed up Yami Yugi a bit. Will be taking a look at Mai again, I didn't like how she turned out either.

Pegasus
Well he's very good Toon Support. I can offer you an OCG fix:

This card's name is treated as "Toon World" while it is face-up on the field. While this face is face-up on the field: You do not have to pay Life Points by the effects of "Toon" or "Manga" monsters. During your Draw Phase, before you draw a card: You can add 1 "Toon" or "Manga" card from your Deck to your hand, instead of drawing a card. If you control a face-up "Toon World" Continuous Spell Card: This card cannot be destroyed by an opponent's card(by battle or card effect). If this card is equipped with "Millennium Item: Millennium Eye": You can Special Summon "Toon" monsters and "Manga" monsters with 1 less Tribute.

His latter effects really convey his "untouchable" nature portrayed in the earlier series. Of course, depending on the effect of the Millenium Eye I fear he may potentially become overpowered (though, in a Toon Deck, I think that balances it out).

Now, what I meant in my previous comment is that some cards differ themselves by a Subtype. For example: Gemini monsters, Spirit monsters, Union monsters, and Toon monsters. I was thinking that, since this is AoC, why not give these cards a Subtype? It could prompt the building of additional cards which helps support them =D

Alright, so for example add something like a Character subtype?

I can see how Pegasus could be considered overpowered, but like you said it is for a Toon Deck that could honestly use some overpowered cards. The Eye isn't going to be all that powerful...probably not even worth using because I am going to skip the soul capturing idea introduced by the anime.

Yeah; character would work nice, and would fit the bill perfectly!

I would imagine the Eye has Hand-seeing abilities, no? I would agree with not really bothering with the whole "soul-capture" but you've got to let the Eye see the cards! XD

You hit the nail on the end. I will rework the cards, eventually, to fit the Character Subtype that is now a WIP.

Ryo Bakura is way OP`d. Either replace his take-control effect, OR add a big cost to it and/or some restrictions (like Mind Control`s).

No. It isn't OPed. Yes, taking control of an opponent's monster isn't to be taken lightly BUT you have to give it back at the End Phase just like Mind Control. It is a powerful card, and if it were to be released would probably get limited, but the fact is, it would almost never get to use its effect because it would almost always be used to bring out Yami Bakura instead.
