~British Soul~
Dragon/Effect You can discard this card and 1 other Dragon-Type or FIRE monster; Special Summon 1 "Blaster, the Flame-Incarnate Dragon" from your Deck. It cannot attack this turn. You can only use the effect of "Burner, the Fire-Incarnate Dragon" once per turn. 1000/200 Discuss
byak
jesus finally Now you can actually use Blaster's discard effect more often to get rid of problems since you can play another fire mons that doesn't suck

byak
Also having 200 def makes Blaster/Burner playable in stuff like Fire Kings or Laval since it adds to your rekindling plays

Canadian
I am wondering if this has a place in Incarnate Dragons.dek Space is tight enough as it is, and is far inferior to the EARTH and WATER versions in terms of stats and its level. Plus, Blaster wouldn't be able to attack that turn anyways. I can see it being used in FIRE-themed decks like lavals, or an All-Dragon monster mash deck (with gallis and friends), but I don't want to use it in my Incarnate deck. Lets hope the wind one is good!
Agro
I hate life. Apparently Konami does too. Lets hope the wind one is good! ...implying we don't know EXACTLY what it's going to do...
Canadian
...implying we don't know EXACTLY what it's going to do... Exactly, all that matters is their stats, but the WIND and EARTH dragons (in my opinion) are the are at the centre of the Incarnate Dragon deck with their effects being the most useful. If the baby monster version has good stats (enough to hold its own in battle like the EARTH and WATER ones do), or has <500 ATK for debris plays, or is level 4 for Xyz plays, then I might try to find room for it in the deck. The deck easily runs over TKRO, so you'd need to get Ophion out first. In that instance, I'd think Blaster can handle it better than most'd think. EDIT: owai, you were calling for Blaster... Also, I still advocate for sided Breakthrough Skill that can be easily played/milled to get over Ophion/TKRO
