Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having 7 "Crystal Beast" cards with different names on your field or in your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot activate its effects the turn it is Special Summoned. ● During either player's turn: You can send all "Crystal Beast" monsters you control to the Graveyard; this card gains 1000 ATK for each card sent. ● You can banish all "Crystal Beast" monsters in your Graveyard; shuffle all cards on the field into the Decks.

It has it's own RotA, and it's own weird E-Tele.
Considering the fact it also shuffles itself, as part of its' effect(as well as basically kill your deck), and how your more likely to have more Crystals in the Graveyard, rather then on the field, for it's fist effect: The bolded part was rather un-needed, since your going out of your way to Summon something that the monsters themselves could do better(and more efficiently, at that).
I'm just sayin', the payoff isn't really worth it :/

My favorite dragon art in the game. Although:

It's so flawed in design it's not even funny.

It sends the Crystal Beasts from the Monster Card Zones to the Graveyard, throwing their recycling effect out the window. I'd expect it to destroy all those Crystal Beast monsters for some synergy.

It banished the Graveyard, which has nothing to do with Crystal Beasts. That combined with how it needs all existing ones out somewhere to even be Summoned, will potentially ruin the deck.

It supports playing OTK oriented. It's mostly dead, but when it DOES get to the field, it doesn't really have a cost of itself. I got to see people drop 3 of these, got Penguin Soldier'd, and then Summon them again next turn, back when it was new.
