Is this card over-powered?

I made this field-wipe that I'm not sure if it's over-powered or not.

Effect: Activate only when each player has at least 1 monster on the field and you have at least 1 other card in your hand. Discard your hard. At the End of your opponents next turn, Remove from play all Monsters and face-up Spell and Trap cards on the field (Including this card).

Feedback is appreciated, thanks.

Yes, it is quite OP. It's a dark hold and heavy hybrid that starlight can't touch on top of dealing massive burn damage. It's akin to CED really, albeit less broken due to the discard effect. Perhaps limit it to banishing only 1 or 2 cards? Preferably the former.
I updated it, made it only hit monsters. Is that better or worse?
Better, but still pretty bad. The burn seems excessive, so I'd cut it out completely, and make it destroy the field, not banish it

I don't know what the first effect was, but it had to have been better than this.  This isn't only unplayable, it's way too slow.  It's like Shard of Greed but so much worse in terms of playability.

The fact that you can't actually do much until your opponent's next End Phase means it's going to be extremely susceptible to MST/Heavy Storm and/or other cards that will remove it.  Sure, you force your opponent to waste some form of removal, but not enough that I'd say it's worth it to play.

From what I've been reading in the comments, you seem to be trying to work with a concept that's either broken or bad. That can't easily turn out well =(

If it's a Continuous Spell that needs to stay up, to get rid of all face-ups on the field, you are most likely ok with no hand-cost whatsoever.

I'd advice "send to the Graveyard" if you wanna ditch countering effects like Stardust Dragon, but banishing is too harsh of a move.

I'd also advice you to affect only face-up cards in general. That way there's playing around it without the need of a heavy-Spell/Trap-hating format like these past few ones. At the same time, it'd make "Setting a monster" a legit option. In any case, why would you want to punish face-down monsters for? so it'd probably be alright.

It'd still be too fragile of a card, but it'd be a bit better. The cost it currently has defeats the purpose of any player playing any card: Getting an upper hand over the opponent in some way.

EDIT:
Also, you might want to check the card, you wrote "hard" somewhere in there.

TOO BROKEN.

Someone move this topic from RC to AoC.

If you`re not sure if a card is over-powered or not, post it in Any Other Cards.

Why should the thread be moved to AoC? AoC isn't a place where you can get actual insight for a card. Neither is RC, but given how AoC is bad, you're better off posting your stuff in RC, but you shouldn't, obviously, given how you know jack shit about card balance.
