Choose 1 of these phases: Draw Phase, Standby Phase, Main Phase 1, Battle Phase, Main Phase 2, or End Phase. Both players must skip their next phase of that choice. Gogogo? You end without an official "End Phase", so it's only different if you have effects that activate during those times.
