EmpoleMew
LIGHT/Dragon/Level 9 2500/3000 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Normal Monsters When Special Summoned: Until the end of the next turn, Dragon-type monsters cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can target 1 Normal Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. Was on NeoArk
byak
It's neat, but probably not neat enough
Zazubat
Obviously suppose to use Blue-Eyes and a Level 1 Tuner. Could be neat? It's effect allows it to stay alive until then. Could make a possible Rank 9 if you can get the Tuner back as well somehow.
Althemia
Hmmm, Hieratics could probably use this in some form... But that's actually a really good boss monster. Gusta.

Which Tuner would you use in that Deck? They don't really support that at all.
L0SS
This gives White Stone a use other than draw fodder, which makes it quite flexible; and gives you an awesome boss monster. This actually gives those Ancient Rules Blue-Eyes decks something to play with other than Thunder-End. I could also feasibly use it in my E-dragon build. Win all round. Master of Sabers
Hmm... what tuner do we know that supports Blue Eyes? White Stone of Legend, perhaps?
Zazubat
Was thinking more off which could get out more Level 9 Synchros fast, but I suppose that card is quite clearly the best option.
L0SS
The name isn't exactly original, or is it unofficial? Was hoping for one a little more interesting.
Canadian
Generic Level 9 Synchro? Well I'll be damned. I want to make Diva + Incarnate.dek now. I wonder what other applications people will come up with!

Zazubat
Birdman with Hieratics would work, would it not? Could be interesting. Maybe, but it seems a little weird to put him in there just for this. But hey, gives Hieratics another option I suppose. If they are gonna bring Blue-Eyes back like they did with Harpies, then I would be happy to see more of this.
Dementuo
I just wanna see the artwork, but this card certainly looks very promising <
Jord200
I'm with Dem. It's got serious potential. The art will decide if it gets a few extra points with me,
~British Soul~
I would also agree with Dem about this cards' potential. Now is the agonising wait to see if the art is good or not.
Legend Zero
Is the effect in reference to the fact that nothing can topple Kaiba's ego? Or that money buys protection?
Azuh
Gemini build perhaps?
Zazubat
It would be easier to get out a Normal Monster with something like Ancient Rules/Rabbit plus Tuner.

Zazubat
Level 1 Tuner into Rabbit > 2 Alexandrite Dragons seems pretty cool actually I personally think that Acient Rules is the better option, as you can Normal White Stone of Legend, Synchro, gain another Blue-Eyes. Blake
I'm hoping the translation is wrong, because as it is, it's a trigger on summon iirc. As such, it's not immune to BTH, TT, etc., which makes it kinda meh.
Toffee.
Aside from only being able to revive something in the Standby, it's still incredibly awesome.
Wildflame
YES!, exactly the type of monster I would have expected. Effect is not so awsome but not bad either. Stats would've been better if reversed. Really looking forward to seeing the art.
