2 Level 3 monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 Xyz Monster your opponent controls; detach 1 Xyz Material from that monster, and all face-up "Djinn" Xyz Monsters you currently control gain 500 ATK.

Kills Gachi, Zenmaines and Maestroke, gains ATK. Can take up to 2 Xyz Materials off anything to reduce their threat. You can go into it with TGU, turns into a 2700 Beater. Did I mention this card is fucking amazing?

This is an actually clever design.

Usually anti-mechanic effects tend to be situational Main Deck cards. This is just relevant when fighting against Xyzs, but being from the Extra Deck, it shouldn't really be a pain to give a spot for. Also, when it does what it does it's really amazing, becoming a huge beatstick as an extra bonus.

Djinns overall are pretty good, having a double attacking effect and a x2 ATK effect, both of which can be used in something other than themselves. Plus a Book of Moon with built in protection to the whole archtype, and this.

It IS fucking amazing.  It literally wins duels by itself.  It also acts as a somewhat universal out to Ophion, which is cool.

It's not an out to Ophion himself. Ophion will always detach 1 material after he's summoned to search an Infestation card, so this guy wont be able to run over him. Most decks that hate Ophion don't have the ability to run this either.

TGU is a card. Also, Temtempo doesn't need to be able to kill it. After he stops Ophion's effect, you can most likely summon out the big monsters you want to take him down for good. Besides, with no materials, he's useless anyway, so it doesn't matter if Tempo dies.

Love this guy.  (The other Djinn Xyz's as well.)  Still trying to find the right way to make a deck of them work.

That's the trick. This and Maestroke are the only good ones. The others are too conditional and don't have enough impact for the investment.

By that logic Gagaga Cowboy is too conditional.

neither of them are as usable as cowboy because 1 grants an extra attack to a small series of monsters, none of whom are very beefy without resolving their effects, and one is a cowboy for the same small set of monsters. cowboy doesnt depend on any card being fielded except itself AND most people use other monsters for removal, saving cowboy for game-ending burn. s:

Cowboy is a generic Rank 4 finisher.

Maestroke is a Book of Moon with a protection effect for Djinns. Temtempo is an Xyz killer.

Rhythm is a conditional 3000 attacker but only when attacking an opponent's monster. It can't use the effect when attacked, or when attacking directly. 1500 ATK for a Rank 3 is weak. You could use something to let it attack multiple times, as the effect just needs to be activated when you attack a monster, but that's jumping through hoops.

Speaking of making multiple attacks, that's what Brass Djinn does. But with 1400 ATK, this is not exactly ideal. You could combo it very well with Rhythm, but that means you had the ability to make 2 Rank 3s in a very short time.

The Djinns synergize with each other, but whereas Maestroke has solid stats (1800/2300) plus a protection effect similar to Zenmaines/Gachi for all Djinns, and Temtempo's ability to come out of nowhere with Tour Guide and similar to take out frustrating Xyz like Zenmaines and Gachi while becoming stronger for it, Rhythm and Brass are mediocre and conditional on their own, and their best combo assumes you have them both out.

Therefore, they have much less impact for the investment.
