2 Level 4 "Noble Knight" monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can target up to 3 "Noble Arms" Equip Spell Cards with different names in your Graveyard; equip those targets to this card. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy any number of Spell/Trap Cards on the field, up to the number of "Noble Arms" Equip Spell Cards you control.

ENTER THE FRAY, KING OF ALL KNIGHTS

oh wait, wrong game. Anyway, he's a pretty cool dude.

Additional effects include:

-500 ATK: Target and destroy 1 Set card.

Gain 1000 ATK: Decrease this card's ATK by 200 during your Standby Phases.

Gain 500 ATK and Gain 500 Life Once per turn.

Immunity from destruction once per turn.

Pick 3.

Unless you have the other in hand. Then have all 4 :) But if you just pick three, leave out Arfeudutyr (-500 ATK: pop a set.)

I remember the preview effect this thing had. Where it was thought to be a ROTA, who couldn't be destroyed when equipped with a Noble Arms. Wondering if that would have been better than this.

OT: It's quite fun, just because it's a silly amount of plus's when it wants to. Destiny makes it a tonne better really.

Noble Knights look like they'd be really fun. They have Warrior support, Light support, have Medraut and Ignoble to make a Rank 5, and they have access to some excellent Xyz, including...

- Heroic Champion - Excalibur

- Blade Armor Ninja

- Starliege Paradynamo

- Constellar Pleiades

- Number 61: Volcasaurus

- Tiras, the Keeper of Genesis

Plus this and several other generics.

But the issue I found with my most basic builds is space. You have to include the Noble Arms equips and some form of support for Equips like Hidden Armory because they're crucial to your win condition. Warrior support like RotA is also important, and an Honest is probably wise. Then you shouldn't run too many copies of the Equips because you can only use 1 of each, but too few and you may have trouble pulling off your key combos.

His armor kinda makes him look like Ulfric Stormcloak. Just realized that.

OT: The effect is OK, although of course there's already plenty of backrow hate going around. In theory, the most useful part seems to be re-equiping the equip spells to destroy for shenanagans with Medraut and Gwada-longnameguy. He does have the advantage of being the boss of the archetype with (some of) the best art in Yugioh.

The problem is that we have cards that are balanced like this, but on the other hand we have a card like XX-Saber Hyundai who can pop 3 S/T when its just been Summoned.

What Noble Knights needs a series of support that's not Equips

Remeber that if they're level 5, then they're DARK and therefore they can't go into Pleiades.
