·Toot
1 Tuner + "Power Tool Dragon" When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can make your Life Points become 4000. Any effect damage you would take becomes 0. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can remove from play 1 Equip Spell Card from your Graveyard instead. Anyone here use this before? CnC? Canadian
Not since Glow-Up was banned.
Wildflame
I run it in Gigavise just because I can make it. It's not practical, but it's cool as hell. On another note, I still think that this card should have been the cover card for Extreme Victory.
Aix
Too bad there's so much banishing, bouncing and sending in the game.
Wave_Sine
Should have had its Deus Ex Machina level-changing effect from the anime. Then its 'Tuner' status and the the card itself wouldn't be quite as redundant and pointless. The Power Tool Dragon requirement, while flavorful, kills it. Strider Tigerwolf
Have an Ultimate irl and have used and summoned it twice. Should've beem: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Synchro monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can gain 4000 Life Points. Any effect damage you would take becomes 0. Once per turn: You can choose a Level from 1 to 12; change the Levels of all other monsters you control to that Level. Bam.
Sora1499
Now that we have Starform you might actually be able to use this as a tuner. Still not really worth it.
Toffee.
I remember back on DMG when this card had generic materials. So basically you could play This, then Synchro for it 2 more times with Level Eater. From there, it was just shenanigans with Symbol of Heritage. Sleepy
It should have had an extra effect if Power Tool was used for it's Synchro, to encourage people to play it that way, instead of making it not be generic, because it's too specific as is. I probably wouldn't have been bothered by it just completely resetting the Life Points. With all the OTKs and stuff.
