Level 4 monsters
During either player's Battle Step, if a "Battlin' Boxer" monster you controlbattles an opponent's monster: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the effects of the opponent's monster until the end of theturn, that monster you control cannot be destroyed by that battle, also your opponent takes any battle damage you would have taken from that battle.

In all seriousness, this card is actually pretty awesome.

I like how it's generic and works with itself. A better-than-waboku + monster negation in one go sounds pretty decent to me.

At the very worst, it goes to the Numbers binder =P

I am yet to test it though. Hopefully in practice it's any good.

It's evolution is manlier, and I really don't see this card being ran in Battlin' Boxers (I don't know why, since they can summon it).

As cool and manly as he is, BB's would much rather be making Leadblow as their Xyz of choice, through the combo of Glassjaw and Switchitter. This guy requires you to run Spar or to wait a turn, and BB's want to be taking advantage ASAP.

But Spar isn't bad, at all, because it had Bahamut Shark rulings.

Card is pretty damn useless in anything not Battlin' Boxers, even if they can make 3 Mat R4s. And I don't think BB ever really wants to make it, either, just dat name.
