Name: Asura

Age: Unknown

Gender: Male

Franchise: Soul Eater

Canon or Custom: A Mix (Partially custom for powers and all, canon for some others, etc)
When he is rarely summoned in public for non-battle occasions, Asura tries to maintain a more humanoid appearance, and thus tries to keep a healthy hue, avoid appearing completely insane, look somewhat neat, and etcetera due to requests from his Master. He is rather grouchy about wearing the school uniform, but with prodding from his Master, he will comply. Otherwise, he dresses in a red suit with black lines going downwards, with black slack pants, with his skin scarves out, although most people wouldn't recognize it as his skin.

However, when he is - relatively - more frequently summoned for battle occasions, he ditches the respectful part altogether, and has a positively demon-like look, with a glint in his eyes. His skin takes on a unhealthy appearing faint bluish tint, and his clothes flare about, with his scarves writhing. He takes on a sadistic sneer and his third eye vertically positioned in the middle of his forehead flares open, and all three of his eyes glow a vivid hue of red.
Element: Madness Fear Darkness

Immeasurable Strength

Being a Kishin (鬼神 Lit. Demon God) and being the strongest of the eight most powerful beings from his world, he wields a deadly amount of strength that could rival the Grim Reaper - at least from his world.

Awareness and Intelligence

Asura is a very intelligent being, and he is very aware of the things happening around him, and it is very, very hard to try to surprise him - which wouldn't be a good idea anyway. Able to recognize things from memory and being as smart as he is, Asura makes for a very creepy person at times, observing everything.

Skin Scarves

Asura had all his clothing removed from him when he was imprisoned, and when he was reborn, to at least have something, he used his own skin to form his wrappings he wears that he once used to before he was imprisoned as such. Considering it is his own skin, Asura can control them to the utmost extent, whether it be as extra appendages or as shield-like guards.

Black Blood

A unique synthesized type of blood cell streams through Asura's body. It carries out all the functions of a normal blood cell. However, unlike normal blood cells, it induces insanity. The benefits though are unnaturally fast healing, densifying to act as a near impenetrable wall by all natural means and by a good deal of supernatural means as well. One of the offensive functions are being able to be used as a weapon, using the same densifying technique. Some examples would be letting the blood leave the body one way or another and manipulating it into things such as lances, needles, blades, or spheres, then hardening it immensely to make a deadly weapon. Also, the Black Blood, given enough time, will try to overrun the normal cells and replace them. With enough Black Blood in the body, poisons and such can be basically disabled. Being so powerful however, his Black Blood is much stronger, and can regenerate fast enough to disregard all non-severe attacks entirely. However, the Black Blood is more or less a symbiotic creature in itself almost. Thus, if you can disrupt the connection between the two through some powerful blow or disrupting the general energies of the body, Asura cannot wield this tremendous advantage for a [acronym="2-3 posts"]while[/acronym] until he recovers. However, Asura only usually uses this for the healing property. However, this is very weak to psionic or other wavelength or radiation style of attacks, which would hamper the connection.
Madness

As stated above, he is a Demon God, and the strongest of the strongest eight warriors of any kind on his world. Asura commands an immensely powerful aura-esque field which reflects his own terror. Merely being in the [acronym="around a couple of yards from his center"]presence[/acronym] of Asura creates a oppressive feeling of absolute, bone-chilling, nerve-wracking fear. The farther away, the less effect it has. If you stand right next to him however, you would probably go insane from the terror after around a minute if you were bound there - because if you could move at all, you'd flee for your life after a second or two that close to Asura. In battle, he becomes stronger. However, in normal day to day interaction, Asura tones it down upon behest of his Master.

Soul Energy Beams

Asura takes some time to make a praying manner with his hands, then focuses until maroon spheres form, which resemble a magical circle with his a representation of his eye in the center. [acronym="Enough to kill regular people"]Immensely powerful[/acronym] lasers then fire out, but the downside to this is the time it takes him to use this attack.

Name: Vajra

Description: Vajra is actually one of the eight most powerful warriors from his world, but when Asura went insane from his own fear, Vajra was consumed along with two others. His power was not affected though, and it still is very powerful. However, Vajra is in his transformed state - and cannot change back from being consumed. This form is of his namesake - an actual vajra, complete with double spear ends and carvings. This isn't anything of a large weapon however, just barely bigger than his user's hand. How Asura wields this weapon is by forcing the weapon up his throat, and using a point of the weapon to attack.

Monstrous Form

Utilizing Arachne's soul - which he had consumed when he realized he was in love with her so he would have no weakness - Asura can transform into a giant monstrous creature which is a mix of him and an arachnid-esque shape. While in this form, he is extremely powerful, and his Black Blood is at full power, and almost no hits can kill him. To be able to attack him, one would have to forcibly disconnect the symbiotic connection of his blood. Otherwise, Asura can harden his body to almost a ridiculous amount, and even if it shatters through, he can quickly heal it. Only completely lethal hits that manage to break through the barrier would succeed, if there was no way to disable the Black Blood. However, this is very weak to psionic or other wavelength or radiation style of attacks, which would hamper the connection. This puts a strain on even Asura though, and after a [acronym="4-6 posts"]while[/acronym], Asura would revert to his original form at half-strength until most likely the end of the battle. He still is dangerous, so one should not be fooled by his seemingly burned-out appearance afterwards.

Nuclear Blast

Asura forces Vajra back up his throat, and lets leash a horrifyingly strong beam from Vajra's tip, which could vaporize through almost anything. Even his world's Grim Reaper and his world's strongest weapon would suffer dearly from a direct hit, although it wouldn't kill with one shot. All other beings would be completely and absolutely be erased from existence, to say it nicely. The best way to survive such an attack would be to try to dodge it entirely. Deflecting it would utterly fail, as it would tear through the weapon without almost any resistance unless it happens to be unbelievably strong. Also, as like a liquid, it would wrap and spill around most weapons that would survive the blast anyway. The energy cost is [acronym="2-3 times at the best"]unholy[/acronym] though, and Asura reserves it for only his toughest enemies.

The Drill That is the Drill That Shall Pierce the Heavens! Tornado Piercer

Using Vajra, which he forces out his mouth, Asura blasts himself using his Soul Energy to create a tornado-like force which accelerates him into essentially, a drill. This attack might seem simple, but it is unbelievably powerful in truth, even strong enough to break through Lord Death's shield. While this does not make Asura dizzy, it tires him out going at such a pace and expending such energy to drill through something. This would be a shield-breaker move normally, and otherwise, Asura would use his Soul Energy Beams or his Nuclear Blast instead. Asura cannot use this [acronym="2 times per long battle at best"]frequently[/acronym].

Asura was a very timid and fragile person before he fell to depravity. Ironically, even before he became a Kishin, he was one of the strongest eight warriors in the world, but was completely terrified of something, whether it be one thing or another. Trying to hide, his original outfit came from this. Even Vajra, who he trusted the most, was suspected for betrayal, due to an absolutely absurd amount of fear. Trying to get away from this fear, he thought that if he was the strongest being in the world, there would be no way to be frightened of everything, and thus started his depravity, as he started taking the souls of killing innocent humans to attain more and more power.

Now, as a Kishin, he is the embodiment of Madness and Fear itself. Reflecting in his behavior, he can be unpredictable, and the slightest thing he doesn't understand can set off his fear. This might be unimportant, but when you might be able to kill the Grim Reaper with your strength, this kind of insanity is astoundingly dangerous. He is frightened of people's imagination, and his ideal world is a place where everyone gives into the madness to be fulfilled. Also, he does not give the slightest fig about honor, assuming it would hold back his strength. He had loved once, but after realizing this, he killed his love, so there would be no possible weakness.

Funnily enough, despite being so 'broken' and black-hearted, he still has a sense of humor. You would imagine the world's greatest evil would make some dramatic statement after being released? No. Instead, realizing he has no clothes, he makes a joking remark about that fact before disappearing.

Obviously enough, to be like this in public would be rude, and at the command of his Master, Asura barely manages to hold back his more basic tendencies, although due to this fact, he isn't summoned except for Duels and such. Even so, at the request of his Master, he tries to avoid completely destroying everything.

Lord Death, the Grim Reaper of Asura's world, in truth, gave "birth" to Asura. In an effort to become stronger, he tried to rid himself of fear and thus, Asura was born. As strange as it may seem, Asura is extremely powerful, but was terrified of everything once - and still is. Back then, Asura was a pure person, and he joined forces with seven other warriors. Together, they were known as the "Eight Powerful Warriors", being the strongest in the entirety of their world. One of the members was known as Lord Death, and was, to put simply, the Grim Reaper. They held a close bond with each other. Time passed, and Asura grew to become the best Guardian of them all, but was near paranoid with fear. Not even trusting Lord Death or his partner, Vajra, he grew to believe that ultimate power would erase all his fears - because why fear if nothing can defeat you? Further and further becoming obsessed with this idea, he started to take and absorb innocent Souls, even consuming Vajra, and Asura fell to his depravity. As such, Asura had become the first Kishin.

As he became tainted, his friend had to turn on him, and with great struggle, finally managed to subdue him. Asura's skin was forcibly removed and he was forced into a bag created from the membrane. Burying it in a secret location, a training academy was founded there and Lord Death bound himself there to keep Asura locked away. However, Asura had managed to escape, and started to wreak havoc on his world once more, until now…

The Familiar part is done, now just to create an OC for the Master. It seems perhaps OP'd, but could you please pass judgement on this Jolta? I'm fine with any decision.

EDIT: What kind of spells are Balance?

The question of Psionics being allowed wasn't asked.  The question was whether or not they're going to be considered as a school of magic or something else entirely.

Also I'd like to note that I for one was looking forward to Princess Celestia being present in this RP and lament the decision to remove her from it.

Well, that's another Berserker to berserk around.
While he may be a little powerful, he does have sufficient loopholes to make up for it. Demonic strength and enhanced intelligence are always fine by me.

I'm OK with this.

Balance Spells, huh? Basically non-elemental like I stated. Telekinesis and psychic powas, physical aspect buffs, and anything that doesn't fall under the other elements.

@Keto: Psionics run on a different power source than magic. If it isn't magic in his universe, it isn't magic here.

Well, I thought for a while before substituting Celestia. Now that I think of it, perhaps I should replace again, since Kanade is actually comparatively balanced, and I should allow others to have the balanced familiars.

I'd say that what the Xel'Naga do in Starcraft would be called magic, or at least something so advanced that they cannot be distinguished from each other.

@Neph: ...*looks at familiar*

Well gaiz, it looks like the apocalypse is inevitable now.

The fun commences, my men.

Let's get those legs on the road. The students now assemble, so perhaps you could take this time to mingle while you run, prior to the unavoidable dawn of Ragnarok when you summon your familiars.

I initially had this idea of having Last Order as my familiar instead of a regular MISAKA clone, so that I could summon Accelerator as my Overdrive Skill and see how well he fares against all this.

Ah well. That would probably cause the school to implode, seeing the high powerlevels we have.

Gah, my first post looks a little undetailed. Better make some changes.

I'll finish my Master app ASAP.
Need to work out some discrepancies between my members of my RP.

EDIT:
Frey_Profile.png

"Done staring?"

Name: Frey Sol

Gender: Male

Age: 17
Frey's two most noticeable features would be his white hair and his vivid green eyes that set a startling offset. His headphones which glow the same hue of green on the sides remain on his head almost perpetually as well. Another thing to note is that Frey is slightly short and looks a bit younger than he actually is. When he doesn't wear the school uniform, or he's relaxing otherwise, he has on his almost trademark black long sleeve shirt. On top of that, he also wears a green sleeveless airy shirt with a fish symbol, which resembles an eye, and the words "Placebo" curved along it's bottom edge.

On colder days, he wears a warm jacket with a fur fluff around the neckline, partially unzipped. His pants are rather plain, just being long black jeans, tucked into his boot-like shoes. He can usually be seen playing his electric violin at times, playing silently with his eyes closed.
Element: Lightning/Metal
LH1

Using his instinctive Lightning/Metal Element, if Frey can somehow get access to a machine connected to other systems or such - a computer for example - then he can "see" into the digital world, and access different information bits and such, and hack through smaller guards. However, this is only a small level spell, and cannot hack through any large protection systems.
Dormitory Number: 05-005
Frey is a very energetic and sociable fellow, but at times, he gets in trouble for being a bit too much so. He is gifted - or cursed depending on your definition - with the urge to have the last word, as well as a smart mouth. He tends to make quick impressions, almost equally in both ways. However, Frey is not plain rude nor is he a vagrant. He is still liked by people and knows when to stop.

However, not seen or known by many, there is a gentle and serene side to him, and Frey often enjoys his pastime playing his electric violin, or sitting and thinking of things when there's nice weather. Only his closest friends would know of this side of him, and Frey keeps it that way.

A even more hidden side to him is the side of him that can let loose a rage of flaming temper when he gets extremely mad, but he hides this behind other expressions, never once letting anyone see it. However, Frey is also scared, and he hides this with his anger at certain times. What is he scared of? Being alone. Frey in truth relies upon people being there and all, and without anyone, Frey couldn't be like the person most know him as. This is why Frey has a semi-fake side to him - the social and prankster side. It is true enough, but it is also to try to keep friends and be known.

Although unknown where his story started or took place, Frey's life was a rather harsh one. What details could be salvaged were there was a tyrant ruling the place where he lived. The ruler and his followers had total dominion over where he lived, and many people died at the iron fists of their hands. Frey, an orphan, joined up with many others, and upstaged a rebellion against the self-proclaimed emperor. As he watched death occur over and over, Frey couldn't take it anymore, and he let loose a burst of electricity. Plunging into the network, he realized he was inside the dictatorship's network, although he had no idea how. Meanwhile, his friends and allies were infiltrating into the tyrant's groups and marching forth. However, a spy was among them, and every single one of the rebels were slaughtered, and Frey, who discovered that too late, was traumatized.

Noticing a blinking notification on his computer he was using, he turned back slowly, and realized it was an e-mail. This would've been impossible, as the conquered government censored almost all information. Reading over it, he dismissed it as some spam, when he thought back to his lightning burst, and decided to just try it. He didn't have anything to pack except his electric violin, which had been a gift from one of his closest - and now late - friend, his headphones, his computer, his phone, and his current clothes though. Clicking on the stamp, Frey's life would soon change forever.

• Frey doesn't really like being pushed around, no matter who it is. He believes very strongly in freedom.

• He has been known to hack into some sites for various gits and shiggles.

• Frey's favorite food is raw fish.

• Frey's least favorite food is natto.

Oh sh*t Jolta. Might wanna fix the first page. It's a mess.

Literally. My app goes through the spoiler and the indents are insane. And then some.

@Jolta: True that. Also, none of the accepted apps save your own and Enrise's are in the spoiler. It's not all that big of a deal, but if any of us need a reference to someone's familiar, it'll be a pain to go through the OoC thread.

Yeah, I've been utilising my mobile teh hoel tiem(except yesterday, although I didn't have much time) so I haven't edited the first page, or had much time to, at least. I only had time to align it yesterday. So I'll add the apps a little slowly.

@Neph: Accepted. Hoohoo. Wonder if he'll ever get strong enough to hack the MISAKA network.

EDIT: First post fixed. Well, let's hope 'dem spoilers don't go berserk too much with so many berserkers around.

If you can shorten my app to get rid of the huge spaces and indents, so there would be less scrolling to read on said page, that would probably be best for both me and the others, including yourself.

Just a suggestion.

And done.
Also Neph, took me a while to analyse, but I just realised the 'Others' section isn't present. It's stated in the rules that you need to add your own.
I just noticed that for your app too, Kirei.

About to make my first post in the IC thread.  After that don't expect too much activity from me for a few hours as dinner needs to be cooked and eaten.

Also, seems I'm not in the accepted apps spoiler.  Just bringing this up in the case that the issue was not totally dealt with.

Edit:  And then I went and closed the tab I was makin' my post in by mistake...fuck it, I'll come back and finish it after dinner.

Do we have our familiars at the beginning? =o

If I recall correctly, no we don't. I do remember that Jolta made the exception for me, considering history and all that, etc. etc.

So I would naturally have Umbra with me from the inception of the RP. I don't know about everyone else.

Shinki's fox is a familiar.  I hadn't brought it up yet because I didn't fully know what was going on with it.

Quite frankly, I thought I was the only one to have a familiar prior to the event where everyone receives their familiars because, well you know why.
