While you control another Dragon-Type monster, this card cannot be targeted by effects or for attacks. Once per turn, If you control no other Dragon-Type monsters: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand, ignoring its Summoning conditions. If you control no other Dragon-Type monsters, and this card has no Xyz Material: You can target 1 Dragon-Type monster your opponent controls; take control of that target, unless your opponent pay half of their Life Points to destroy that target. And buff the other two, also making it so "Neither player can Summon Dragon-type monsters. If a player attempts to Summon a Dragon-type monster (except "Dragglusomething, the Ethereal Dragon"): Punch them in the fucking face, you win the duel. This'll probably just be it's irl effect, which is kinda nice considering how it helps Rank 8 Hieratics a ton. I should ask what the hell type of Deck you're running that includes 2 Level 8 monsters, but for some reason contains Rainbow Dragon. But instead, I'll just admit it WOULD be hilarious. Especially because of the above question and your opponent's hypothetical reaction as their brain breaks from absolute confusion. I expect the effect to be nerfed exactly as stated before. The free "Take control of an opponent's Dragon, unless they pay half their LP to kill that monster" is just ridiculous. Conditional, yes. Ridiculous...also yes. Another 3000 ATK Rank 8 is a little disappointing, but 3000 DEF and these effects make up for it. I reckon the nerf will be 2 level 8 Dragons (maybe not) or an effect nerf, but I can see both material and effect nerf. It already requires 2 Dragons. Some variant of Malefics, I suppose.
