Neos decks are hard to make work. If:

-Glow Moss had it's NEX effect.

-Neo Space helped Neo Spacians and not just Neos.

-Cristalys support was ACTUALLY Neo Spacian support.

-Neos wasn't such a heavy Tribute vanilla.

-The Fusions didn't leave during the End Phase.

-Rainbow Neos was an Elemental HERO.

-Neos Wiseman was a Fusion.

-Flare Scarab had a more useful effect.

-Convert Contact was less restrictive.

-Konami made a variation of NEX that was more stable and with more uses. Knight's Tittle, Metamorphosis, NEX, and who knows what else, all have the same base. Konami, I demand you make a transforming Spell mechanic that can stay for more than 1 or 2 monsters.

-Glow Neos wasn't just a glorified MST/Fissure that has to go defensive.

-Chaos Neos had no negative downside ON TOP of the already big effort it takes to bring out.

-Common Soul wasn't a one-shot SS from the hand that can be negated by MST, and will just use-up that Zone forever with no effect afterwards.

 

Among other things I must have missed.

Because of cards like Hope for Escape and Cardcar D, Air Neos is a legit Deck. Not a lot of player interaction, but it can and does win fairly often.

 

Unfortunately the rest of the Elemental HERO Neos Fusions and most of the support cards are not worth it.
