When you do: Change 1 face-up Attack Position Insect-Type monster you control to face-up Defense Position. So we finally know that this thing does after seeing it in the magazine scan a while back. Oily Cicada Insect/Effect During the turn this card's battle position is changed, if this card is used for an Xyz Summon, you can treat it as 2 monsters. I get the point that there always has to be a first turn Xyz Monster for dramatic effect, but why do all these monsters have the same effects. You can loop these guys with Insect Neglect and Leviair, and you can use them to make Totem Bird. 2) You can Synchro with any of them. 3) Locust King is a worthwhile 3-Material Rank 3 monster. 4) 1 Xyz Monster - (1 monster from hand + 1 monster from hand) is a -1. Posted July 21, 2013 Report Share Posted July 21, 2013 Considering just about every "Is treated as 2 Materials" monsters have always ended up having an effect that Summons another copy of itself, on it's IRL counterpart-Would be pretty neat if Oily Summoned another copy from the Deck.I mean, assuming it DOES get an IRL release at some point.
