Thomas★Zero
Activate this card by targeting 1 face-up monster on the field with more than 1000 original ATK that has a Level; its Level is reduced by 1, also it loses 1000 ATK. When that monster leaves the field, destroy this card. Looking that this card I thought that it was interesting to try out because not only does it have its battle-Phase shenanigans but can also disrupt any Xyz plays your opponent were about to make since it reduces a monsters level by 1 making them unable to Xyz summon at that point of time (mostly for the scale of 2 material monsters). What are your thoughts on this.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
It actually is really good, but there's better Side stuff that I'd consider before running this that would make more of an immediate impact on the Deck that I'm playing against. Βyakuya
Comparing this to Stygian Dirge, this card can weaken one monster Level and ATK-wise, leaving uneven levels. It doesn't last forever though. Dirge does but depending on the deck you side it against it can have mixed impacts/results.
NeoRWBY65
How would this affect a Meklord Emperor?
玄魔の王
How would this affect a Meklord Emperor? You can't target it for that because a monster cannot be LV0. Also, this cannot target Xyz because they have no Level. Comparing this to Stygian Dirge, this card can weaken one monster Level and ATK-wise, leaving uneven levels. It doesn't last forever though. Dirge does but depending on the deck you side it against it can have mixed impacts/results. It can also mean dropping their potential Synchros by 1 Level as opposed to Dirge's 2. This thing can sort of function as a Fiendish Chain in that losing 1000 ATK will probably make it too weak to kill much by battle. Also can do Damage Step which is good. The Level thing is pretty sweet though. In exchange, the monster keeps its effect. So... I'd run Chain over this, but it's not a bad card.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I tried playing it in a deck of mine once, and 2 out of the three times I used it it was very disappointing. They managed to just spam more cards and summon what they wanted anyways.
newhat
Doesn't work on Xyzes, which can be problematic.
evilfusion
You can't target it for that because a monster cannot be LV0. Also, this cannot target Xyz because they have no Level. Not true. Monsters cannot be Level 0, but Level 1 monsters can still be targeted by this card and will be affected. Level 1 is the minimal level, the same way an ATK of 0 is the minimal ATK value. If you try to reduce it below that, it simply becomes Level 1/0 ATK, and the excess reduction is factored in when other effects try to increase it. A Meklord Emperor will stay Level 1, but will lose 1000 ATK.
玄魔の王
Thank you for the correction evilfusion. I maintain my prior assertion thought.
Faytl
Not to mention you can use it on your own monsters to better control your Synchro/Xyz options.
RyanAtlus
The only Deck I run it in is the demo deck I use to teach new people how to play. It surely is an interesting card, but not one that will see play anytime soon, because there are better cards for both of its effects.

Therrion
Mischief of the Yokai > Miniaturize Can murder some decks for 2 turns (if Xyz/Synchro reliant). Likely won't be running Rank 5s in a deck that Rank 7s or Rank 2s in a deck that Rank 4s often, etc. Also, the next turn, just straight up stops a Xyz and ever so slightly messes with a Synchro play. lce
The problem is this does pretty much nothing against decks with any amount of Synchro flexibility.
