And here Big Eye isn't as insanely rampant anymore. Because what happens when you try to Big Eye and run into a Veiler and then this card's effect? 4000 ATK doesn't help either... So you're going to waste 4 cards on this instead of, idk, 2 Level 4s + RUM for a generic 2 Mat that can probably augment its cost (IE: Number 101, King of the Feral Imp, Starliege Paladynamo, etc.)? I mean, Disigma's really mediocre now. I'd not run it in anything right now because better 3x Level 4s exist, like Ouroboros, Number 104, Number 91, and arguably Number 69. Rank-Up Summoner LV4 Spellcaster-type ATK: 1800 DEF: 1000 Once per turn, Add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from your Deck or Graveyard to your Hand. When a "Rank-Up-Magic" card is activated, Destroy 1 Card then equip this card to a "CXyz" or "Number C" Monster as an Xyz Material. If we got this card would that make them consistent enough for you? Therefore, it can't be used with regular Barian's Force or Numeron Force for C69, because the Types don't match. Limited Barian's Force, however, can. the_engineer Posted October 21, 2013 Report Share Posted October 21, 2013 I will find this card balanced ONLY if Konami decides to nerf limited barian's force, because that's not so limited as of now. However, this card is pretty sick, the evolution between 69 and C69 gives him the strongest power of all the monsters currently around, even surpassing Neo galaxy-eyes and Number 92. Still we must remember that cards like BTH, Number 107, Dimensional Prison, ecc can easily send this card in the grave without any effort at all.
