However, this card is pretty sick, the evolution between 69 and C69 gives him the strongest power of all the monsters currently around, even surpassing Neo galaxy-eyes and Number 92. Still we must remember that cards like BTH, Number 107, Dimensional Prison, ecc can easily send this card in the grave without any effort at all. You can't nerf a card that's already been released. Neo Galaxy's ATK is 4500. C69 is 4000. It doesn't surpass it. The nuke effect is devastating, but all it really does is stop your opponent from attacking until C69 is dealt with. Bottomless works fine, but Number 107 cannot defeat C69 "easily". While it can negate the effect of C69, and then force its mandatory effect by attacking (giving Tachyon +1000), that would just cause both monsters to die by battle. Also, the majority of Decks cannot make No. 107. C69 probably isn't broken, but I think the nuke effect is STUPID, because it doesn't require No.69 as Material (which is why Limited Barian's Force is so ridiculous with it) and it doesn't cost an Overlay Unit in any form. Your 2 card investment will end up being a 4000 ATK beater that doesn't let your opponent attack. On the plus side, Stardust cards can shine against it....... it's still way too stupid. Especially with Limited RUM and with Unicorn being a thing. It's not just an attack stopper that's easily revivable and Summonable, but those 4000 ATK are not just gonna sit there every turn. It's far of an offensive card. I'd totally use Zenmaister next turn to give back the effect of the Unicorn affected one, then proceed to Rank-Up that Zenmaister for a second 4k. Genius design.... So old though. =P Seriously though, while his primary effect is great, the 4k beater+other effect if you used 69 is what I think makes him awesome. Other effect is good, but even it has its limits. In a stall deck with Number Wall? Heck yes. Staunch Defender would be pointless. Staunch allows you to make them attack a certain monster, and all their monsters must attack it.
