If this card is used for a Synchro Summon, banish it. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 “Noble Knight” Normal Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can target 1 Level 5 “Noble Knight” monster you control; reduce its Level by 1, and if you do, Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. Konami can't deside on a set design for Excalibur or Leviathan in this game it seems. Still, waaay cooler than the Heroic Chapion's version of Excalibur. She's a Level Eater Tuner and is not once per turn. Neither does she get banished from it. I can see a +0 Enemy Controller play there.... or a Noble Arms Equip Spell that acts like a mix between Enemy Controller and Falling Down (if you know what I mean). Konami could just as easily make a Level 9 or 10 out of this and laugh, but yeah, most likely 5. The deck is shaping up pretty nicely now. It's not weird, it just wants to have a little bit of everything. I still don't really attempt to make it because that one Secret Rare one is still expensive last time I checked, and being a Warrior theme, Excalibur and Blade Armor, and Honest, make it more aggresive than what I'd like a deck to be.... even OTK friendly if it gets the right cards.
