Bujin don't really count, T.G. are dead, and Tuning isn't really played. BUT, Dragon Decks, Mermails (I think) and the like are hurt by this. Well, if the deck they are fighting is any good. Now, Maxx C and this combined should get you Exodia against a Dragon Ruler deck. XD For real though, its a spell. Nice combo with Maxx C. Really cool card, if you ask me. Not hurt by Decree either. I'll be getting this. And this card doesn't hurt any deck. It merely lets you draw cards that can hurt the opponent. If your deck sucks, you're doomed.
