evilfusion
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Heraldic_Beast_Anfibaena Level 4 WIND Dragon/Effect ATK: 1700 DEF: 1100 You can discard 1 other "Heraldic Beast" monster; Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: You can discard 1 "Heraldic Beast"; this card gains 800 ATK, until the End Phase. Yay, new Heraldic Beast card! And it's actually almost exactly what the archetype needs. Leo has incredible search power, but Heraldic Beasts have trouble Special Summoning multiple times in one turn without relying on things like Heraldry Reborn, and Eale (the only one with an SS ability) needs 2 Heraldic Beasts on the Field already. So this card lets you discard the plethora of Heraldic Beast cards you probably have in your hand to SS this, and either of its effects can use Leo as fodder to get a search. Seriously, monsters clogging is the Deck's biggest issue. WIND also gives a more reliable access to Chidori if you don't want to be using Aberconway. Also, apparently there's a new Heraldic Number in LVAL (Number 18) which might make Aberconway actually good.
VictorSempra
I like the Heraldic Beasts, and I agree, they were kinda slow and very reliant on their spells. RIght away I can see this speeding up the deck greatly, and I'm curious as to the LVAL card. I will definitely be maining these soon.
evilfusion
Well, I am a huge fan of Heraldic Beasts, so I'll be really mad if the TCG version of LVAL doesn't have this (the Japanese set evidently has 85 cards instead of 80 as normal, and TCG sets usually take the base 80, add 10 TCG exclusives, and 10 former OCG exclusives for 100 total). I really think it'll boost Heraldics a bit, even if the Deck remains purely casual. All my playtesting with Heraldic Beasts tends to find times when I'll have like 3-4 Heraldic Beasts in my hand, and no way to Special Summon anything. Trebuchet MS
The other issue I saw with Heraldic Beasts is distinct gap between "really powerful beater" at Leo's 2000, and "lacking staying power" at many others' 1000-1200. At least Anfi now slightly rectifies this issue with its decent stats.
evilfusion
That's true. They're very reliant on their Xyz Summons to accomplish anything, and they can struggle to actually perform good Xyz Summons if they can't Special Summon or protect their monsters. Which is one reason why I love the Rank-Up Magic build of Heraldic Beasts. They get enough card advantage from Leo that Rank-Up Magic isn't as inconsistent, and the ease they Summon Rank 4s makes for great switching back-and-forth of strategies for situations. They'll get more toys in LVAL with 101/C101, plus No.18. Almost too many toys, when I think of it.

玄魔の王
Special this, pitch Leo, pull Eale, normal any beast, special Eale. Coat of Arms. Play a RUM. Chaos of Arms. Heraldry Augmentation. Proceed to wreck everything.
Lonk
TRON'S COMING BACK!!! AND HE'S PROBABLY PISSED OFF ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS CHILDREN!!! OT: This card looks absolutely amazing. It really does provide the speed HBs need.
~British Soul~
This card literally has shenanigans written all over it. Yup, it literally does.*shot* TRON'S COMING BACK!!! AND HE'S PROBABLY PISSED OFF ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS CHILDREN!!! We don't know for sure. On the one hand this support could bring Tron back, but we'll just have to wait and see since this support came out of thin air.
Maeriberii Haan
Any way to incorporate this and the other new support with Chain Dog?

On the one hand this support could bring Tron back, but we'll just have to wait and see since this support came out of thin air. Tron is the only one who uses HBs, plus there's a Heraldry Number. That's proof enough that he's coming back. And Yuma probably gave him his other two numbers back as well before leaving for the Barian World, maybe. I'm also hoping that Quinton gave him a copy of Argent Chaos Force.

I know that, though it still doesn't change the fact that this support came out of thin air. You never know, he could come back, he could not. And Yuma probably gave him his other two numbers back-- If Yuma had half a brain, he wouldn't give Tron Number 69, do to how unstable it is. Wasn't it implied that Tron led the movement of his children on the Barian world? Sooner or later, he'd show up. Also, this is Yuma we're talking about. He gave the other members of the Tron family all of their Numbers. So, he would follow the pattern and give Tron his numbers as well.

If Yuma had half a brain, he wouldn't give Tron Number 69, do to how unstable it is. He did give Michael back Atlandis, the one that nearly killed him. So, he would follow the pattern and give Tron his numbers as well. Maybe, BUT Tron said Number 69 is difficult to control, requiring lots of anger, and If I recall, after rescuing Faker, Yuma and Kaito, he had forgiven Faker and given up his plans for revenge and returned to his original personality. Then again I suppose Number 96 was able to use it against Yuma because of his hatred towards Astral. Seems to me like he won't, the next few eps are the Barians in-fighting and the Galaxy-Eyes [censored]-measuring contest. I was also thinking he won't as well. He did give III back Atlandis, the one that nearly killed him. That is true, and I'd believe that the power that was inside the card that caused a great strain on III's body probs subsided after his defeat. (At least until it was Rank-Up'd)

玄魔の王
I probs would, to the point of where I would end up in a jail cell. Exactly. Does that make it likely he'll show up? Not really. Does that make it logical? Absolutely.
~British Soul~
Exactly. Does that make it likely he'll show up? Not really. Does that make it logical? Absolutely. Yeah that definitely does sound pretty logical. Also, we have to remember the new support came out of thin air. I mean yesterday I remember seeing rumours floating around that Number C6 and C9 were 2 of the 5 extra cards in LVAL.

I almost prefer it this way, because now they can hype the Argent Chaos Numbers and support these archetypes. If Priml Origin follows suit, hopefully we get Gimmick Puppet support. Azuh
I dont believe that these cards will be used in the anime. If they were, they would've put the cards in the top 20 card slots of an 80 card set. I believe that this is Konami giving extra support to these archetypes without the anime, similar to how they've released all those extra numbers in Number Hunters
