If this card is in your Graveyard and the only face-up monsters you control are "Chronomaly" monsters: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. You cannot use card effects the turn you activate this effect, except "Chronomaly" card effects. You can only use the effect of "Chronomaly Nebula Disk" once per turn. Holy nuts. Discuss. evilfusion Posted November 12, 2013 Report Share Posted November 12, 2013 Okay, so it makes Chronomaly have better access to Rank 4s, and it's a Stratos for the Deck, including the ability to grab the OTHER Stratos from the Deck, Crystal Skull. Which needs you to control a Chronomaly, how convenient. It's a solid card for the Rank 4 access alone, and is evidently supposed to combo with Babylon and so forth. Which isn't a Chronomaly card, making it a touch counterproductive for the current theme of "you must use Chronomaly cards this turn" that the archetype is trying for.
