See, with Quasar Interdimensional Matter Transporter is better, because then you get Shooting Star out of it. This the last thing to happen is returning it to the field.

As for this card, I kinda don't like the concept of it allowing you to get extra attacks, but aside from that, it's good. Obviously I think that, why else would I have made a card similar to it.
