Hyena

The deck was so amusing back prior to GX era.

Nimble Momonga brings 2 copies out

Hyena brings 2 copies out

Giant Rat searches for either one

Deck-thinning and Tribute Summon fodder was great.

Also, I remember later on you could go Transmigration Prophesy just as they attacked your third copy. Of course Momonga was always better to be honest.

By the time Super Nimble Mega Hamster came out, this was already not among the best choices though. Much less nowadays.

It's still kinda fun though.

For me, this was always a "Nimble Momonga and Giant Germ already exist, why did Konami even make this" card. This and Bubonic Vermin, though in Vermin's case I'm not entirely sure if it came out after Momo and Germ or not.

This (and Vermin, but since it SSes face-down it won't help) don't really do anything Momo and Germ do, but they are Level 3 as opposed to Level 2, so you could go into Rank 3 Xys or bigger Synchros than with Momo/Germ. The only problem with that is that this play isn't guaranteed to work since it is easily foiled with removal effects and you could start your turn with only one or even zero of them left. Because of this, I would rather use Momo for its healing even now.

I remember this song. I didn't realize it was exclusively Mugendramon's theme. For the short time he appeared in the series and all.

Also, I remember him and Puppetmon were both 1 hit KO'd by Tai and Matt respectively when the big encounters did happen.

If there was a dislike button, I'd dislike this, solely because its digimon

Booo....

I kinda want a dislike button as well, though for a different reason if you know what I mean.

OT:

Nowadays, it could very well say "destroyed" in general and it'd still be kinda situational.

It could be "leaves the field" in general, and it'd be as relevant as Tengu.

Still, a pretty cool card. I remember using it back in the day. Yes it's outclassed by Germ and Nimble, but when all 3 were used it was pretty amusingly annoying.
