Regrets

My biggest regret is not asking for help with my depression and self harming far sooner, I could have had a full time job by now. Now I'm stuck in a part time job, and still am not 100% on new things, because they cause me to get stressed really easily.

Slacking off and generally being disliked by the populace. Not asking to be liked by all but what's it take to get a true friend....

Also I have been in and out of depression "slumps" due to many things....

So I regret having this attitude even though I told myself I would try to be more positive and not sarcastic...I also regret feeling weak and having no true ambitions.

I regret not talking to girls and other people more during high school. I always had low confidence and a mindset that I wouldn't be interesting to talk to.

And I regret that I've had trouble liking myself for the longest time. Things are significantly better than they were, but I still wish I'd gotten my sh*t together sooner.

You have inspired me to an extent to change this so I don't regret it later.

This is too true for me right now.

Thanks mate.

I regret not trying harder in high school. I knew then I would regret it, but there was nothing I could do about it. My mind just wont function and could never be bothered to hand in complete assignments on time.

I 100% regret going from a B average in year 8 to a D average in year 12.

I have no regrets.

I found some of my strongest, closest friends here - and every single decision I've made has gotten me into university, in a stable happy relationship, with so much liberty to do as I please.

I'm wholeheartedly content with my life, because the good times are good times, and the bad times are character building.

Sounds nice.

And yes, bad times just build us. Or crush the weak.
