Toffee.
Each time a monster is Summoned, its controller takes damage equal to its Level x 200. They should print this for lulz. That, and cards like Big Eye would cost someone 2800 to play, which is pretty funny.
Oriannis
Not a bad card actually. Looks like the aggressive version of "Burden of the mighty"
Wildflame
I wonder if you can make Quasar with this out without dying.
Sleepy
This is the best part of their burn when they think they have calculated enough. Also, I'd play Black Winged Dragon for such a consistent burn.
NeoRWBY65
I wonder if you can make Quasar with this out without dying. Non-Tuners and Tuners to make Synchros: 12 Synchros and Synchro Tuners: 12 Quasar: 12 36X200=7200 ...You barely survive...
玄魔の王
@wildflame: let's follow the Laval Model. -Rekindling for 2LV4s and 3 LV1s (-2200) -Make 2 LV5s (-4200) -Summon LV1 (-4400) -Make Formula (-4800) -Make Quasar (-7200) So yes you can, but you lose so much life in the process that Quasar becomes a crutch. NeoRWBY65
The Level Eater method of summoning quasar WOULD kill you with this out.
Thar
Considering the abuse of Special/Synchro/Xyz summoning nowadays, I can see people wanting this to be limited. Imagine a playset of these out against an OTK deck.
Slinky
Release as is. Would slow down the meta considerably. For reasons listed above. Spamming gets punished massively, and Rekindling could very well kill you.
Goose
It it also hit ranks that would be cool
Sleepy
Quickdraw discard Level Eater and get Summoned (5) Level Eater revives (+1 =6) Junk Warrior (+5 =11) Explorer into Quickdraw (+7 =18) Lever Eater revives off of Junk Warrior (+1 =19) Synchro for Road Warrior (+8 =27) Road Summons Unknown Synchro and Level Eater revives off of Road (+2 =29) Make Formula then revive Level Eater off of Road again(+3 =32) Make Quasar (+12 = 44) Total damage = 8800. Still wouldn't want this card to be a thing. Special Summoning is too big a part of the game to justify getting rid of it all with a single Trap Card, and this card still hurts plenty without big monster spam combos, and even more so when you remember you can have 3 of it out. It doesn't create a new better paced game, it just disrupts the current one in a sacky way and shortens the duels.

Sleepy
Vanity's Emptiness. Level Cannon also burns for Normal/Flip Summons though. Overall it's just meant to hurt everything that doesn't Summon. I see your point in the irony though, and will just say Emptiness is not exactly the most innocent card out there either. Wildflame
If it were only for Special Summons, maybe. As it is, it helps burn decks WAY too much to be healthy. And multiples are just mean.

玄魔の王
Well, what if it required Fortissimo? Not much better. Field Spells are plenty searchable, now more endurant than ever per OCG ruling change, and can be dropped without cost. Unless you mean it also dies when Fortissimo does, in which case I could live with that.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Should be printed as is, or include Xyz ranks as well, just for extra cruelty.
