heraldry_lord
Raiza the Mega Monarch [Level 8/WIND/Winged Beast/Effect/ATK 2800/DEF 1000] You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Tribute Summoned monster. (1) If this card is Tribute Summoned: Target 1 card on the field, also target 1 card in either Graveyard; return those cards to the top of the Deck in any order. If this card was Tribute Summoned by Tributing a WIND monster, add this additional effect. ●You can target 1 card on the field; return that target to the hand. Mega Raiza is now officially a thing in Duelist Advent; his effect is actually ok, but nothing absolutely spectacular IMO. Also, this means that we may still get Mega Caius eventually. goddamnit names are a pain
One CARD? You could in theory put some crazy stuff on top of your deck. 2 bounce is 2gud He is actually surprisingly good. But not best.
Maeriberii Haan
If this card is Tribute Summoned, it has an amazing effect that lets you return 1 card on the field and 1 card from either Graveyard to the top of its owners’ Deck. it has an amazing effect amazing Much amazing such effect wow ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is a damn good card btw. Will tech in MPB. too bad WIND sucked.
Wildflame
It reminds me of M7. That's always good.
CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
hmm, returning a card from the grave to the top of the deck could be either good or bad for the opponent depending what it is in their grave. Have to see how it will turn out.
Slinky
Derp. put Seventh One on top of the deck. Proceed to win?
goddamnit names are a pain
Derp. put Seventh One on top of the deck. Proceed to win? I was going to say that but if 7th is in your grave and you haven't used it, 9 times outta 10 you are doing it effing wrong.
Blake
Most obvious Monarch/Dragon fusion of them all. Like holy hell the tempest is blatant.

Have to see how it will turn out. It can target things in YOUR graveyard too I was going to say that but if 7th is in your grave and you haven't used it, 9 times outta 10 you are doing it effing wrong. Or, it got milled, or you opened with it and dumped it. or you revealed it and it got mind crushed.

Maeriberii Haan
There's a lot of other cards in the game that you want to draw aside from that damned RUM, y'know?

Slinky
I sense more rulers in this set. so Tidal, and its bros are coming off the list. Because all 4 got fused now. now its time for the chaos ones ;-; Kuraz or Zaborg and Caius or Dirg

Because all 4 got fused now. now its time for the chaos ones ;-; Kuraz or Zaborg and Caius or Dirg I think we've already explained that Zaborg technically already has a mega form, and Kuraz and Dirg(?) are not in the original monarchs. Heck it could happen, but I doubt it.

Because all 4 got fused now. now its time for the chaos ones ;-; Kuraz or Zaborg and Caius or Dirg Kuraz and Delg aren't the OG monarchs and won't get retrained. Zaborg already did in the storyline. Caius is left but most he could do is slay and absorb CED/LaDD who have nothing to do with the Drulers
Maeriberii Haan
Konami, please stop teasing us with these monarch retrains and support cards and just damn make the new viable tribute engine already so we can ditch frogs, k?

AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Cost Down? in a continuous magic/trap form? o: Or, you know, Star Blast, since 1k LP isn't as expensive as an entire card. Cost Down is only effective in mass NS situations or some other rogue moment when the Levels of more than one monster in your hand are better off being 2 lower. OT: Nigh-unstoppable removal is very nice already, which is why Raiza is good. Then, you can further force your opponent to topdeck nothing good for an extra turn, though using this to topdeck a Raiza/Caius yourself seems even nicer. And then there's the extra bounce if your Tributes are WIND, which makes me thankful that Raiza and maaaaaybe Swift Birdman Joe are pretty much the only 1-Triubte WIND monsters you'd want to Tribute Summon. Slinky
Google Tranlate doesnt lie. If it has succeeded in Advance Summoned, the effect of back to the top of the deck in any order with one card of the field, 1 card of the cemetery of the other party or his trigger! If advance summons has released the wind element, in effect at that time, the effect that can be returned to its owner's hand a card of further field is applied! There is also a hand to hand and back to the deck or the card the way of the other party, to use for their cards you want to reuse. Can not be overlooked that the Advance Summon has released a monster that was summoned but advanced level 8 can!

Toffee.
So... I'll just, you know, go ahead and return that Set Spell/Trap you control to the top of your Deck- Whats that? You have some random monster in your Graveyard that would suck to draw into that? Yea, go ahead and add that on top of whatever I just spun. Huh? You also have a monster out? K. Go ahead and bounce that....That aside, this card's effect is bananas. I like.
Ultravires
There's also a soft loop with two of these. Summon the first, spin, spin. Protect it, next turn tribute it for the second one, spin, spin, recycle the first to hand.
