They didn't touch Tenki, but Wolfbark is a decent FF hit. Mermail Abyssgunde Also a decent hit, this time on Mermails. This card is derpy. Rekindling Would rather see it banned, but now it goes from super derp card to super sacky topdeck. Infernity Barrier Sorry Infernities, this was too strong, needed to be hit. Semi: Necroface Interesting hit. Let's see how he does at 2. Hieratic Seal of Convocation Didn't really understand this one. Unlimited Magical Stone Excavation Finally! Who in their right mind -2 themselves to get a Spell back? Primal Seed Yes, you read it right. This is now at 3, but BLS is still running loose. Like, it has some great hits like Wolfbark (expected), Convocation (I also expected this one, they weren't going to ban the Rulers), Rekindling and Barrier (probably nobody saw those ones coming, but everyone will be thankful). Then some irrelevant ones like Necroface and Excavation. But why the hell the Jars? What is using them now anyways? Gunde is pretty questionable too, I can think of a bunch of card in the Mermail engine I'd hit before it. And Primal Seed at 3 with BLS around is asking for loops. It's nothing but a sacky win button for Dark Worlds if you're bad or the reason this deck called Empty Jar exists. Hell, now that it's banned, Book might be able to move up a bit. That card was pure cancer. It hasn't done anything good since it was made. And who in the hell thinks they'll hit JD any time soon? They're printing an LS TD, so it's here to stay, at the very least for now. Probably won't be hit because LS are still LS. Abyssgunde seems like a spiteful hit more than the correct hit. The deck loses a lot of power this way but hitting the turtle would have been better, because this feels more like they don't care if the deck is punished in the right areas, they just want it to die in a fire. And killing decks in a fire is fine, provided it's via banning the actual things that need the hits. Infernity Barrier's the wrong hit. Rekindling, Convocation, and Wolfbark are good hits. As an admitted and devoted 3 Macro Cosmos + 1 D-Fissure (OCG 4 Lyfe) player... agreed. I know what that card can pull with a twin brother from 2008 when THREE were allowed. Well I'll see you in the next 6 months or so. Regardless the new list seemed a bit...minimal. If thats the case, Tenki to 1 and Geargiagear to 1. Those are the hits we need the most at the moment.
