(2) Once per turn: You can target 1 card you control and 1 Level X (guessing it's 4) or lower monster in your Graveyard; destroy the first target, and if you do, Special Summon the second target. Whatever Chidori or Tiaramisu would be able to do, this card can do during either player's turn and it's also 50 ATK short of 3000 if I remember the other material's effect correctly.
