I eat about 124 times that every day.

i'm a pescatarian, although thinking about going semi-vegan (no meat but eggs, milk and cheese are still on the list) 'cause tbh you never know what they've been feeding the animals or dumping into the sea for fish to consume. They say that men are acquiring more oestrogen from fish because the water is polluted with chemicals that fish consume.

Anyway I generally eat too much chocolate but that's about it.

I don't care if people say red meat is unhealthy because it only is if it isn't lean and its only lean if its bad quality and I don't eat bad quality meat.

^I had a visiting cousin over the other week who is vegan; it proved very difficult to get her any food.

 

Anyway, guess that I eat too much McDonalds food (considering a usual meal there for me is about 800-1000 calories). Though I get my daily exercise so the weight stays down.

 

 

P.S. I'm assuming you haven't heard of Heart Attack Grill; their menu is literally a landmine of unhealthy foods.

So that's what the word I'm looking for, seriously I can't gain enough weight it's horrible. 60 kilos (like 130 pounds I think?) at ~181cm/~5'11" and I'm really skinny and whatever I try doesn't work. Serious f***ing bullshit. I've been at 60 kilos for like 2 years now, probably.

 

EDIT: Actually, someone with bodybuilding knowhow do me a favor here. How do I build muscle and heck even fat considering what I'm at currently considering my body type? I mean, exercise is no biggie, I can do a load of shit and I do, but I find that when I'm going to the gym with a buddy or generally playing something, it just further goes to my detriment as it burns all the goddamn calories I put in - and believe me I eat a lot.

Idk how much you should eat OVER your caloric maintenance but go for at least 600 calories more and you'll gain a few pounds. Just make sure it's more muscle than fat.

 

Since you're 181 and 60KG, go for 2600-2800 calories per day. If you can't get those extra 600 calories, get a mass gainer like 'Pro complex gainer' and mix it with milk. It'll give you 600 per scoop I think.

You're built exactly like me, almost down to the exact height and weight. 

 

Can't really say how to gain weight, as I don't really eat much.  I've heard you want to eat a bunch of protein-heavy food and work out a lot, converting that food into muscle. 

 

Who knows, my metabolism is fast, but yours sounds ridiculous.

Not with gaining weight. Protein should only be 40% or 35% of the diet. The rest should be carbs (45%) and 20% fat. Important fats: nuts, fish oil, etc.

 

Then when you're cutting/shredding to remove the excess fat (this is done after you gain enough weight/muscle) it should be 45% protein 35/40% carbs and the rest is fats. But this is such a broad topic it isn't easy. This is just the foundation of it. There is something called carb cycling where on certain days you eat more carbs than protein when cutting so that your body doesn't go into survival mode. Bleh too much.

Well shit. That sounds like a load of work, screw that. I guess I'll just try eating more, I a) cba to do any more than that b) don't really see the need to, I'm skinny-ish but I'm not circus-freak or anywhere near it. I don't want to go with any complex gainers or shit like that because I don't want to explain myself to my parents who'd flip out over it or whatever but I can't take in ~2.7k calories. I mean I can if I go eat some fast food shit because that's like half a happy meal but I try to refrain from that.

I hate McDonalds, but I'll eat anywhere else, especially Taco Bell or KFC.

 

I'm also a hot dog fanatic. I don't think there's ever a day where I'm not in the mood for hot dogs.

Ditto, like calories just go through me so idgaf but the only reason I'm not constantly at a fast food joint is that they're, comparatively, expensive as fuck in Bosnia. I can get something yummier for a third of the price of a goddamn McDonalds menu so I rarely even eat there. Although I'll be damned if my craving for a double cheese doesn't take over me once a month.

Yeah, I eat too many biscuits. I sometimes go proper American restaurants like TGIs or Frankie and Bennies, only special occasion though like.
