A few good apples does not a powerful Rank make, in my humble opinion. 10 is only bad because it has very few options, but the options they have are certainly better than a lot of the crap 6 has. 9 is the victim of a similar circumstance. Will in most likelyhood be released at the same time as 70 and 14. That could mean as video game promotion cards (similar to Reficule, Magnet Warriors, Sorciere de Fleur, and other sets of 3) or as part of surely inevitable Number Hunters 2 set.
