.Rai
Since hypebeast brought it up in a status. Do you try to keep healthy? Diet? Exercise? One step further, and try to work out with regularity? Not a big gym-goer myself, although I do on occasion. For me, it's just having a consciously healthy diet, and running frequently.
Just Crouton
I make it a daily ritual to count my calories with MyFitnessPal. It's how I plan my meals a day ahead.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
I do martial arts for about 2-3 hours a day twice times a week. Then I do a light run home after college at times [though I shouldn't go heavy, especially with 15-20 pounds worth of books and other stuff on my back). Eventually I'm going to try out the new gym that college just opened. Sometimes I use the Wii Fit program, but that thing tends to lie about calorie intake and saying that I can't do pushups properly. For eating, although I eat a lot, I exercise it off after it settles down. If I didn't, then I would be another victim of the Freshman 15 (weight is only about 3-5 pounds higher than when I graduated; instead of thrice that amount now). Right now, I'm around 152-154 lbs [variable]; when I got out of high school, was around 147-148-ish, though I could attribute some of that extra weight to growing taller. Tentacruel
I sit in a chair and tell myself I'll exercise. Then I don't exercise. I'm way out of shape, but I'm really thin due to my metabolism.
Kazooie
I'm not out of shape, but it really wouldn't hurt me to exercise a bit more... I just need to stop being lazy really. ><
bury the year
Weightlifting 3-4 times a week. Hoping to get that up to 6 times a week next school year when my schedule's a bit easier. Never been that big, but since I started I've put on some mass, so it's helped. :'D

Night
I've always been rather fit, I'm not as active as I was when I ran track and played soccer but I still sprint in the backyard and occasionally have a game with some friends. My metabolism's always been really proactive so I've never really been able to put on mass until recently when I became more serious about bulking up though it's still a tremendous struggle. Played for 6 years straight but then when I graduated that kind of died out. I try to keep fit... sometimes. I do tricking/free running and a bit of bboying. I used to do martial arts but since I'm new to the U.K I'd rather get settled first then decide what to do. I also do a lot of bodyweight work: gymnastics, calisthenics, etc. But all that stopped because of uni. I haven't had time to make a plan so meh. Sleepy
I have trouble getting to the weight I'd like to have due to my own irresponsibility. There are also a few situations that while I can't really blame them, I'm not entirely sure if they are excuses or really issues. First, there's not much control in my diet even if I would want it to. I'm a sort of guardian that lives with my grandma, where there isn't much food other than bread and cookies, she makes oatmeal and hot chocolate for me everyday despite my explaining about it, and next door, mom controls the only real meal we have in the day, which can come at 2pm to 4pm in an irregular basis depending how it's pushed up, and it contains a bit more meat than half the family would like. People in here are kind of obstinate on keeping it that way even if they agree on the need of a change when talked about it. Meanwhile I struggle between my value of "I need to lose a little weight" and "I don't wanna waste food". I sometimes jog, but I can't find the right time and place for a real schedule. It annoys me when my family is like "Oh YOU are doing exercise?!" if I'm found out and am told to do some exercise when I'm caught just being in my room. The same way for "YOU are going outside?", and other things. If I do it at night, since the room I can do it at is outside the house and doesn't have useful doors at all, and leaving grandma alone at home both keep me worried. Other than chore days I'm fairly free on the morning, I've thought about buying a bike and driving it around these past few days. Though my family at least brings out a comment along the lines of "at your age what you should be saving for is a car". Yes I could ignore and do what I must do regardless, and I mostly try to go for that, but it still pretty much ruins my morning/afternoon when something like that pops up. At least I'm not really fat, but I do think I'm a little bit chubby. I have to start doing something for real, I've considered myself a little chubby for years, with people telling me I'm fine, but I think it's finally starting to show more as of this year. =( [/damn I didn't want to make this a personal rant]
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
I'm not really "fit". I'm overweight, however I'm not unhealthy which is the main thing I want. I can do physical labor without any trouble and better than some. Lost a lot of weight recently. About 9/10 months ago I was around 280 pounds, pretty big. Now I'm 214 pounds. Still overweight, but I feel pretty good. Don't do a lot of excercise but I also don't over eat to make sure I don't start gaining weight now that I'm unemployed. Zauls
I tend not to worry too much about fitness. It is literally impossible for me to gain weight so I eat what I like. I do occasionally do some muscle building because I think I'm too skinny. I used to do Karate and got quite good at long distance running but had to give it all up because of a recurring shoulder injury. Other ways I keep healthy are simply by not drinking or smoking etc.
Smear
I'd say that I'm really unfit. I don't do any physical activity except for an hour walk every day. I'm about 55kg (121 pounds for you other weirdos) and I'm really thin but I'm only like that because of my metabolism. My diet consists of Mountain Dew and KFC so I'm probably going to die in my early 20s but #yolo
Agro
I eat really well an exercise a lot during the summer. Then I don't do that during the school year. I'm hopeful I can change the latter part after spending this summer getting into shape.
Elijah~
I tend to exercise every day for about 30-45 minutes. I eat a lot but I burn them off after it settles.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
I do a lot of walking to/from work, and even more at along with lifting and carrying (the business ;D) I do DDP Yoga; usually a workout every other day, along with my Wing Chun forms or some hand/foot work, and starting doing my Moonstone workout, although not to same extent as him yet. Thai Boxing classes once a week is very physical (I'd like to go twice a week, but work/finances) My cardio used to be my main area, but that's tailed off a lot now. I only like jogging in the early morning when it's dark and quiet. I intend to start jogging again once my work situation clears up and I'm back on doing days regularly. Lunar Origins
I wake up, do my daily crunches, then start the day off with a bagel and some deli meat and cheese along with OJ (little known fact: OJ gives you the power to slay your enemies). I feel relatively fit but lately I've gained a bit of weight. I'm 5'9 1/2 and I weigh a good 145 lbs. Not terrible bad, in my opinion, and I try to run at the gym every day after I get out of school. chairman ali
I'm up twenty pounds from last summer; I doubt it's muscle. with good genetics that could be muscle but it depends on what you were doing. Lifting and eating or just eating?
Lunar Origins
I don't lift, I actively avoid it for skinny arms. I was just running and eating, mainly. Now that I think of it, my legs are slabs...

Just Crouton
So, I've started doing an hour of cardio almost every other day on an elliptical. The results are incredible, and I sleep a lot better at night. Try it. Take a comic book with you.
Zauls
I've started working out recently and I have to say I feel a lot better physically and look considerably better. Literally within a couple of weeks I changed from some random skinny kid to not that far off a six pack. I used to work out a lot from Karate so it wasn't that hard for me to get back into it. Since I'm tall af I was doomed to more basketball than football even though I follow the latter more closely, but I don't mind it. Shitty genetics fucked me over early and I had to stop training basketball because of some health issues and I have some back issues because I'm a stupid shit. Feels terrible not to have time to exercise nowadays, but I've got shittonnes of preparations for all kinds of assignments and shit. Really want to take the summer to get in shape, I have a hard time putting on a good amount of mass and muscle without meticulous planning but as soon as school is done I hope to be able to sit down and plan something out.
