Action Cards can even activate from your hand during the opponent's turn, so I think that's not the point.

Yeah I know being an Action Card gives it the definite edge, though I was more debating on if it was released as a regular Quick-play Spell.

In which case it still looks better than Lance, so you'd still be right.
