Rodrigo
This guy thinks font size increases the amount of reach his posts achieve. Maybe my dreams will be realized if I write in a big font?
Desu the Blue Nerd
As one of YCM's youtube representatives I would like to inform you that the breeze managed to somehow get your mail into the massive pile of letters we don't read. Normally we'd ignore most complaints but due to your excessive use of capitalization our interests were somewhat piqued as we expected some imbecile to basically be doing the written equivalent of flailing one's arms around and whining. We were inevitably very disappointed that this was certainly not the exact case we were hoping to giggle about. Instead, we learned that you are of the type to not like surprises. Looks around the room were of nothing less of disgust. We, at the youtubes factory, put a high emphasis on fun and to us surprises are the epitome of all things fun. For you to show absolutely zero gratitude at our attempts to entertain you shows a lot of your character and its dark nature. It is at this point and this point alone that we have decided to completely disregard any statements made towards us by you. Yes, even the ones on children's card game forums. Despite the distaste held for you by all in the office I'm still obligated to say a certain sentence to you. I will say it now in order to ensure that no longer will I have to be in the presence of such a bland individual. Thank you for your patronage and have a nice day. Astro Dude
You screwed with the formula, you're gonna unscrew it. First, full screen window player size. Change it back. It's dumb to make it bigger.
Desu the Blue Nerd
No, I can't do it. We're too deep into this sh*t now. Mayday. Mayday. Abandon ship. Women, children, and cat videos first.
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
I'm like 90% sure Astro here has gone off the deep end and is ranting to himself at this point. I'm not even certain he realizes he's posting.....

I'm not even certain he realizes he's posting..... No I believe it is worse then that. My guess is that Astro has disabled the ability to see any other person's posts or modified it so every post people do is replaced with pictures of girls in Pigtails. I am convinced that these girls are killing his brain XD
Tormented
not sure if you've worked this out yet, most browsers have plugins to let you automatically set the youtube video players resolution as well as other things. google is hard.

You, and the other people complaining about the video size are just a tiny, meaningless speck in their income. Your opinion means jack shit, but I'll humour you. Why is it "dumb" to make it bigger? ~British Soul~
ITT: Astro Dude is having another hissy fit OT: I know that there are quite a few people who hated the Google+ thing when it was implemented (I was one of those people), but tbh I'm sure most of them have gotten used to it. It's the same with the bigger screens, GET USED TO IT.

Greiga
I think google needs to change Youtube back to where it used to be. Slow upload, infinite buffering, spam everywhere, terrible layout? The youtube we had a few months ago where it had all your subscriptions on the side and neatly organized at the front was arguably one of the best. Tentacruel
Old YouTube was shit. I do dislike the, "What to watch nonsense," as it's really just a way to promote popular trash to everyone. Still, it's a minor nitpick. YouTube looks better now visually.
Greiga
Am I yet updated, since I believe that's still in place anyway? The sidebar was slightly different iirc as I remember it showing all of my subscriptions. I also don't remember playlists being there. Off Topic, because everyone always asks, that "Breeding" link is for pokemon.
Sleepy
I guess I see where they are coming from when they say lower resolution videos look worse in bigger sizes. Yet, I personally do like the mid-size update. I always changed it anyways. It used to stay as is until I logged out or cleared my history, but after a certain update I had to manually change it to how it currently is every time I watched a video. I find it not bad, but not better, how that layout from the above post is compared to the one that had subscriptions already showing there. They had a search option for when the list of subscriptions was too big and I was always able to go to their channels easily. With the current format I already got used to it, but if I wanna find a channel I feel like visiting, I need to type it up on YouTube's main searcher and access through it as if I wasn't already following. Not to mention I don't feel like I'm getting all the newest uploads from the people I'm following. I am missing a ton of the content from channels that claim to upload on a weekly basis at times, so IDK. Another issue I have more trouble with concerning YouTube is the Like system. Unlike other pages like DeviantArt or even this forum, whenever I surf through YouTube using multiple tabs, it doesn't register some of the videos I watch/like in my History/Likes/Fav-lists/etc. That's annoying because I sometimes want to go to my channel to dig for a video I mean to show someone later and I just can't remember everything like that. It's inefficient in that regard. I also miss being able to control the resolution of my videos. This might not happen to everyone, but whenever I clicked on the "change resolution" button with the latest few updates, it just didn't do anything. If the video wasn't loading fast enough it'd auto-lower it, and I could never choose to make it HD and wait for it like I used to. Finally, I must mention Google+ at least for me is no longer really an issue. It stopped bothering with that problem a while ago when they decided that way of promoting Google+ was resulting counter-productive and changing people's opinions from indifference to utter dislike for it. Though I still have duplicate accounts against my will, and once in a while, although not as often as before, it'll sign me out from my main account and intend to make me go into the other one which contains my IRL name as username, which once in a while it keeps asking me if I wanna use it as my main username, to which I still kindly say "f*** no!". Other than that, I don't think I'll really stop using YouTube over these changes. It was crap a while ago but I think the site is improving nowadays for the most part. BobDavis
I didn't like all these changes either, but after a couple of weeks you're used to it again. I can't even remember how youtube looked before. It's like this with everything. Same shit with windows XP, etc.
