Could be some serious Draw Power, especially as this monster itself counts as 1 of the monsters so there is 1 Card. Could make a useful distraction as well as your opponent will more then likely target this monster seeing as it has the Draw Effect and all.

The Pendulum effect is meh but it can be useable after you have Pendulum Summoned for the turn.

Pendulum Effect: You can return this card to the deck, and if you do, draw 1 card. You can only activate this effect of "Performapal Lizardraw" once per turn. You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters except for "Performapal" monsters during the turn you activate this effect.

Monster Effect: If a monster(s) you control was destroyed: Draw 1 card for each face-up "Performapal" monster you control. You can only activate this effect of "Performapal Lizardraw" once per turn.

seems like what it could be, if released.

No complaints as is. Warrior Tiger is also a possible searcher. It's decent Draw power for EM's. Scale is meh, doesn't take Hammer Mammoth in consideration, but not the worst with Turn Toad either.

Edit: I take it back. Pendulum Effect needs to be restricted to EMs in some way. I can see all kinds of Draw abuse now that I think about it.

Thing is, generic draw is not inherently bad. It just has to be reasonably restricted.

Limiting the draw to Performapals seems like too hard a hit, when it can just be limited and be left generic.

It's not like Cardcar D was degenerate (Exodia/etc. is on them, not Cardcar), although it was good when it was released. Kuribandit, however, thins much more and

This doesn't even thin. It's a +0 that leaves the deck the same size, meaning it neither prevents deckout (lol) nor thins the deck, making it not a "37 card deck" like Upstart Goblin. It could arguably be better or worse, but it does not increase the chance of getting a card as it puts itself back into the deck. Unless it places itself on bottom after the fact instead of shuffling itself in.

This is why what I asked for had a pendulum restriction and once per turn. To make it limited but still a fair generic draw card.

Didn't see your previous post when I posted. Your version works too. Some kind of restriction would just be required, didn't necessarily mean to just EMs. Even at +0, without a Opt clause, I can still see certain decks trying to run this.

I've actually dueled people running Yang Zing/Supply Unit/Exodia Decks so that itself says something.

That people will try anything to get Exodia off?

this is a free retry card for any deck that runs it that will never be dead.

more vulnerable than upstart yes, but really, not thinning your deck by a card is not a problem when this card will always counts as another card, so personally I see it as a 37 card deck in the context of 3 of the cards in the deck are wild cards.

yeh, I like Black's fix.

The bold isn't actually accurate if you think about it. You have 3 of this in your deck, and whenever you draw it, you basically have immediate access to the card on top of your deck. You will always have 3 in your Deck, but it is 3 cards that will always give you access to your next card when you draw it, meaning it is basically like having a 37 card deck. Provided the effect goes through every time, the game would be exactly the same if the player actually played a 37 card deck and took out their 3 copies of this card.

Context ._.

I was speaking in terms of if it was properly restricted, such as the "nerf" I posted. In which case, it would shuffle itself in and you would draw and only one would be usable per turn. This would eliminate "37 card deck" from completely being a thing.
