Y0SH1_M4S73R
Target 1 Rank 5 or higher Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" or "CXyz" monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) When a Rank 5 or higher Xyz Monster is Special Summoned to your side of the field while this card is in your Graveyard (except during the Damage Step): You can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force" once per Duel.
This card basically allows for some ridiculous combos in Rank 8 spam decks, especially Galaxy.
Starting hand: Galaxy Soldier + Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon + Galaxy Zero + RUM ACF 1) Special Soldier by sending Galaxy-Eyes 2) Use Soldier effect to search Knight 3) Normal Knight with no tributes 4) Special Galaxy-Eyes from Grave with Knight effect 5) Xyz Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon 6) Xyz Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor with Galaxy-Eyes Prime 7a) Detach Galaxy-Eyes Prime from Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor to pop 1 7b) RUM ACF into C107 8)Detach Galaxy-Eyes Prime from C107 (if you couldn't detach it from Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor) 9) Xyz CXyz Barian Hope with C107 10) Retrieve RUM ACF from Graveyard 11) Barian Hope effect to copy Galaxy-Eyes Prime 12) Use Galaxy Zero to get back Galaxy-Eyes Prime 13) RUM ACF into any Rank 9 CXyz or Number C 14) If you have another RUM ACF, and you didn't summon Ultimatrainer with the first ACF, use the second one to summon C9 Congratulations. You now have 6400+ damage on the board, and probably popped an opponent's card in the process.
Discuss this card, and other possible combos it enables. ~Faytl~
I'll do you one better. Utopia Roots, discard this for Number 99, get this right back, summon another, get one more Roots on the field, negate the attacks of 99, you have a Rank 1 with 10500 ATK. HILARIOUS. (GigaDrillBreaker)
Has the same kinda thing as LBF (my personal favorite) in that it realy doesn't care what monster you already have out. Tossing Abyss Supra Splash into decks with this feels totally awesome.

Blake
*insert prior Black comment about giving power to deck that already have it when what they need is consistency here* I was coming in here to say just this. It's definitely better than most of the other RUMs, but it does not fulfill the purpose it needs to, and only one deck can really use it. And that one deck is weak in both consistency AND power. Galaxy have more than enough of both w/OCG support to even consider this beyond lulz.

And that one deck is weak in both consistency AND power. And with ZeXal over, and thus more CXyz (barring Zubaba Saikyou General, who can't use this anyway) being unlikely at best, it seems likely to stay that way. Shame we never got a Rank 8 CXyz... Toffee.
If you have Galaxy Prime on the field, with Galaxy-Eyes as a Material, why the hell haven't you won yet?
