Setup 1: Have 2 level 3s (See: Cranecrane) Use it, SS it,, tune it with a Level 3 for Phonon, declare 3. Sync Phonon and Level 3 for Virgil. The Level 3 Burning Abyss tuner will make this a bit worse, but level 4 Synchros aren't bad, and level 7s certainly aren't. It's more options, and it's not like 141 (if you could find another Level 1 to go with it) is a bad card by any means, especially in a deck that completely ignores that its a cost.
