I'll have to pass for a number of reasons. Waifus are rarely superior to one another, except in terms of power, and even that is difficult to scale.

Secondly, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Third, some of our waifus are literally gods.

Waifus feel like the should be special for the individual, and not be a contest. 

Summoning us too? I'll fight to be a waifu.

The pen is mightier than the sword. Holo has travelled the world in the past, gathering untold experiences, unlike Flandre, who never left the house.

The rashness of today's youth. The world has changed indeed.

Holo wins in the battle of the soul. She is teasing and yet kind, her guidance has brought strength to many she encountered on the road. Although once dwelling amidst man as a god, she is more human than anyone, with many layers to her character. And despite her immense pride and dignity as a the Wise Wolf of Yoitsu, she is strong enough to sacrifice it for the ones she holds dear.

There are pages yet I could write and sing praises of her, but I will spare you and your ignorance for now.

I though Holo was older, but then I realized none of their ages are outright stated.

Holo is actually around 600-700 years old, but as a God/Spirit ages don't apply. And if you really wanted to look at it, she's possibly implied to be young for her species.

She can morph into a wolf, and only with a sacrifice of wheat or blood, in true spirit of a pagan god. Her two appearances don't change.
