-Noel-
Target 1 monster you control; its "once per turn" effects can be activated once again during this turn. How to abuse this?

Toffee.
Most pro move ever would be to use this with Gustaph.
Expelsword
This card is dangerous. Most monsters that are once per turn are that way for a reason.

Pchi
I always imagined a card with that exact effect, but to think they'd actually have the guts to make one... Though it might never see a IRL release.
Slinky
can this thing ignore the hard opt clause?
goddamnit names are a pain
can this thing ignore the hard opt clause? No, I do not think so. Controlling 2 copies of Raiden doesn't let you use his effect twice, which is pretty much the same thing in this case. You can still only use Raiden's effect once per turn. Brinolovania
This looks, like, really crazy. I can't think of any specific examples beyond stuff people have already mentioned, but there's no way this is actually getting released.
Neutrality Man
Just about the only thing I can see letting this through is the fact it's not an Equip. And then you have this asshole:

Jord200
This is what, the fifth time Konami has made a card based off something we've made? There are so many ways that this could be abused, its not funny.
~Faytl~
Hang on a sec; This card's text says it works on MONSTERS, and Yuya used it on Trump Witch when it was in a Pendulum Zone. Aren't they treated as spell cards in the Pendulum Zones? It shouldn't work on Trump Witch like that then, otherwise stuff like Dark Hole would wipe Pendulums. That's... odd... EDIT: Upon checking the wiki, it's wiki entry now says it just works on CARDS, no restriction otherwise. That means this works with spells and traps as well. Hello, double Qliphort Tool search (triple with Trampolynx). Hello double Gates of Dark World.
