Not a half bad set of buffs tbh.

At least they got rid of that "your LP becomes 10" business that existed in anime version, but it gives RRs some battle protection in its place.

AND it actually supports/requires RRs instead of being some generic card that you can put in any Deck and use to save yourself from losing.

Rainias got a nerf to be OPT whenever it's summoned, but that's understandable.

Not commenting on Nest.

That being said, we're most likely getting more Raid Raptors monsters that can go along with the rest of this stuff.

Oh thank god, the Raid Raptors aren't going to have the ridiculous shtick of monsters with the same name. So Rainas doesn't only Summon other copies of itself. Nest doesn't require 2 copies of the same Raptor to search the third copy, and Readiness is actually really good without needing you to negate Effect Damage specifically.

These cards won't be good until more Raid Raptors are released, but let's see where that goes.

For the record, Vanishing Rainas in the anime already worked when Normal or Special Summoned. The difference is that it Summons any Level 4 or lower RR, rather than just copies of itself. Oh, and it's a Trigger Effect in RL, rather than an Ignition Effect, apparently.

But yeah, the RRs have a lot of potential, but we need a lot more members for them to do anything. And with Shun currently being the only real "antagonist" in the current arc, we can expect quite a bit of support soon.
