You do realize this is also Rank 6 food for Xyz Monsters, right?

 

Fortunately for you, this can't be used in conjunction with CyDra to SS, I don't know, Star Eater or something in a single turn.

In conjunction with Pendulum Summoning, yeah it's just instant Synchro bait or in Xyz-oriented things; R6 things.

Because its restriction locks out Synchro Summons regardless of whether you Normal Summoned it with or without Tributes, nobody's going to bother Normal Summoning it anyway.

What I was going for was:

Tributing means you can Summon on that turn, and not tributing means waiting until next turn.

Here, I've cleaned up the text so that it works completely as intended, and Special Summoning it doesn't lock out using it to Synchro Summon for the turn.
