I'd happily contribute to some life gain stuff.

Battle Priest Guy Person 1W
Creature - Human Cleric {U}
Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 1 life.
[3/1]

There's never historically been many 'life gain matters' competitive archetypes besides the more devoted Soul Sisters. I figure supporting a more aggressive archetype in a Constructed format would be quite novel. Along with bombs à la Archangel of Thune, there's an interesting approach to be had.

3/1s with upside can be common, but I've always personally preferred them at uncommon. The other thing is that the trigger is surprisingly harsh on board complexity despite it seeming so lovey-dovey.

White Mana Leak is super duper strong. Mana Leak in itself is a hilariously strong card, so I don't know how I feel about a white version. White Spell Pierce, perhaps? Even White Remand would be kinda cool (although that's arguable too).

Low power set doesn't mean there are no strong cards. Theros was relatively low-power set. Meanwhile, Elspeth, Polukranos, Gary?

Sure, but White Mana Leak is pretty out there. It would pretty much automatically define an entire archetype by itself. When we can design a whole format from scratch, that seems like a waste of competitive diversity.

Solemn Query 1WW
Instant [C]
Counter target Instant or Sorcery. Scry 2.

While this is probably fine from a power perspective, white definitely doesn't get hard counters. It gets soft counters (those with the phrase '...unless its controller pays {MANA}' at the end) sparingly however. Mana Tithe and Judge's Familiar would be good examples of this. Note that Mana Tithe was designed in a set with an alternate reality colour pie: at that point, White didn't have soft counters at all. Since then, it's become firm design space for the colour.

EDITED

Solemn Query 1WW
Sorcery [C]
Scry 4

:P And pure scry happens to be an entirely blue effect! All colours get scry to a small extent, usually stapled onto an effect that's firmly in their colour pie. But only blue gets scry as a stand-alone effect, and the only colour (except perhaps red) to get scry numbers 3 and above.

That said, I'd quite like to have scry as one of the Alpha mechanics. So people could just stick scry into a few of their designs.

Scry should just be evergreen IMO :3

Rodders, same color for all 3 or different?

Gokai, simple and cute stuff. I like the Profiteer, though with this wording, your spells on him are more expensive too.

Same color for all 3, or else it'd get too complex/too strong perhaps.

TBH, it's already a potential 3-for-0 waiting to happen. Probably uncommon, like Brave the Elements. Then again, cost might be down to 2W too.

Could be uncommon, but with a cantrip? I'd say 3W is fine.

Actually, it'll depend on the entire power level/speed of the set.

Secret Sword [1W]
Instant [C]
Target blocking creature you control deals damage equal to its power to the creature it's blocking.

A slightly worse Smite, since it's not guaranteed kill and costs more. IMO, it could easily cost a single [W].

Vouch for the Gods [3W]
Instant [C]
Up to three target creatures you control each gain protection from the color of your choice until end of turn.
Draw a card.

After thinking it through, I think it's fine at common. It can be a huge combat swing, but the number of targets is limited, so you can't alpha strike with an entire token army with it.

Aiding Dove [2W]

Creature - Bird [C]

Flying

When Aiding Dove enters the battlefield, gain 2 life.

2/1

Simple and sweet, fine.

Profiteer Monk [1W]

Creature - Human Cleric [C]

Spells that target Profiteer Monk cost [1] more to cast.

1/3

As I said before, it could probably affect only your opponent's spells and still be fine. Weaker Hexproof pretty much, but you still have reasons to stack it with auras/pumps then.

Blatant Tax [W]

Enchantment - Aura [C]

Enchant black or red permanent

Activated abilities of the enchanted permanent cost [2] more to activate.

This is...a weird one. Not many noncreature permanents have activated abilities, just some oddball enchantments. Probably could go to a [3] tax.

That's what I think about stuff so far, I'll transcript Poc's cards later and review them as well. Loooots of them.

EDIT: Quickly went over Poc's cards and I have have just one question:

WHY ARE ALL THE CREATURES SO WEEEEEEEEEAK? White is known for its efficency. 4 mana 2/1 bodies with ETB effects aren't efficent.
