Chestnuts
This here is going to be the resting ground for a new deck I'm planning on making called the Adventurer Series. I have a bunch of cards planed for this and will update the cards whenever needed to be balanced or add more to the list. I'll be drawing the Cards so it will take a lot of time before I complete the deck, As for now though, here are the cards.
Adventurer Logan Monster/Effect Light Level 8 Warrior This card gains 500 ATK and DEF Points for each "Adventurer" monster you control except this card. You can banish 1 Level 5 or higher "Adventurer" monster from your Graveyard; this card can make a second attack this Battle Phase. 2000ATK/2000DEF

Adventurer Luthan Monster/Effect Light Level 6 Warrior When Attacking a Defense Monster, Inflict damage to opponent by their Attack. When Sent to the Graveyard by battle, Add a Adventurer Monster Level 4 and below from your Deck or Graveyard to your Hand. 2300ATK/2000DEF
Trebuchet MS
I don't seem to understand how Luthan's awkwardly-worded first effect works.
JessicaMuddy
I don't seem to understand how Luthan's awkwardly-worded first effect works. When this card attacks a Defense-Position monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK.
Chestnuts
I don't seem to understand how Luthan's awkwardly-worded first effect works. It is awkwardly worded, isn't it? It's basically when Luthan attacks a defense position monster, the attack of the Defense Position Monster he attacks gets dealt back as Damage to the opponents lifepoints. Sorry I made it sound more confusing than it needed to be. I don't seem to understand how Luthan's awkwardly-worded first effect works. It is awkwardly worded, isn't it? and1dodger
I think you should word it like this "When this card attacks a Defense Position Monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the monster's ATK." Edit: Oh I just realized @JamesMuddy wrote the correct wording >_< I didn't see his post for some reason. I'm blind 0-

Flash Flyer - Sakura
JamesMuddy & and1dodger, both of you need to make some form of comment on the design of at least one of the cards in here, as per Advanced Clause. OCG fixes DO NOT count. Anyway, further fixing on the entire effect of Luthan, then a quick CnC: When this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's ATK. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Add 1 Level 4 or lower "Adventurer" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. So Luthan has a sort of "inverted piercing" effect, does he? Could prove to be interesting against monsters with high ATK power, but lower DEF. As for his floating effect, there aren't any L4 or lower monsters right now that can be searched. Until those are made, can't really judge this card's balance. While I'm at it, I'll fix Logan's OCG to some extent. This card gains 500 ATK/DEF for every other "Adventurer" monster you control. You can banish 1 Level 5 or higher "Adventurer" monster from your Graveyard; this card can make a second attack this Battle Phase. So either you banish another copy of this card, or a Luthan in grave, to have this card attack twice. Considering how the rest of the Archetype turns out, a double attacker like this (paired with extra ATK can prove to be devastating), but should be fine for now. Hello, thanks for the comment back, do appreciate The Feedback. I'm currently working on more cards so there will soon be more in the lineup of the Adventurer Series. I will fix up the mistakes On the cards as soon as I possibly can.
