JessicaMuddy
Plants aren't mentioned...though searching for lonefire is probably not a good thing Almost all Plant monsters are level 4 or lower, too. So that gives you access to almost all of the Plant monsters, which is probably a bad idea.
Strider Tigerwolf
Add 1 *insert level here* *insert type here* from your Deck to your hand. *insert condition here*. Idk...the idea of consistency addition to other types is a nice concept in itself but how its done prones power creep to future designs. I think the question becomes how can we or konami make a good consistency card without breaking it to the point of oblivion and no make it suck either. heraldry_lord
The real question here, which no-one has addressed, is how do you make the more neglected Types better? Giving every Type a searcher may not be the answer, but the question is what is?
Blake
The real question here, which no-one has addressed, is how do you make the more neglected Types better? Giving every Type a searcher may not be the answer, but the question is what is? You don't care if they're neglected? Reptiles have King of the Feral Imps and Snake Rain. Pyros have Royal Firestorm Guards. Thunder has... Sea Horse. Dinosaurs have Fossil Dig and technically a Horn of the Phantom Beast clone thing. All three beasts have Ayer's Rock. Winged Beasts have Swallow's nest technically. Beasts have Obedience Schooled. Aqua has Swap Frog and a few Mermails. Sea Serpent has Atlanteans. Fish has Coelacanth and Sharks. Psychics have E-Tele, Overdrive Teleporter, Serene Psychic Witch, Telekinetic Power Well... a lot. Wyrms have next to nothing Rocks have KMs, a trap Foolish, Block Golem, a banished CotH, and some cute stuff. Insects have Gigaplant, Resonance Insect, sometimes Naturia Tree, and a few cute cards Somewhat same for plants, but with a fuck ton more and LONEFIRE. Dragons have a fuck ton, Warriors have RotA and technically TWRA, Fiends have TGU and sometimes Scarm, Spellcasters have spellbooks, Fairies have Heralds and Krystia, Beast Warriors have Tenki and lolHorn, and Machines have a fair bit per theme and Gigant. Almost all of these can just be tuned to the support they have without introducing anything generically new.

Giving every Type a searcher may not be the answer, but the question is what is? All you need is a good archetype or set of monsters with that type in my opinion. For instance, make a Rank4 Dinosaur deck that is at the level of tellarknights and you will see them taking advantage from Fossil Dig, Evolzars, etc.
